Nick and BALANCED COMFORT saved the day. I have used balance comfort for annual maintenance on heating and A/C and they installed my water heater too.
Last night my AC was having issues and I booked an online service at 1:00 am for the morning. NICK was here by 10:00 am , fixed the problem and explained everything.
Thank you again to Nick and the team at Balanced Comfort! I appreciate you (and recommend everyone get the annual service contract) it’s a life saver

Jorge and Jose were really great to work with. They were timely, friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything they found and what my options were. They made sure that everything was working before they left and they cleaned up so well I would never have known they had taken my whole AC unit apart. They were both so nice and real gentlemen. Our service tech Adam was very courteous and polite. He was very informative and went over everything he was going to do. He pointed a few things to us and recommend we install a surge suppressor.

Best service ever!! Had our split system replaced with a all in one bosch 5ton roof sytem. Joey was very helpful through the whole process. The crew did a exceptional job removing our old unit and installing the new one. This new bosch heatpump is really really really efficient!! It's been about four months and this unit has kept our 2100 sqft home very comfortable with little energy used. We are very pleased with the unit and the work of everyone evolved on the job!! The financing options they have available make any upgrade within reach financially. This heat pump unit is awesome. I suggest when those climate incentives start to hit call balanced comfort for the energy efficient upgrades. We Highly recommend balanced comfort!! Super impressed!!

Updated post:
Condensation was an issue with our unit by the second winter. This issue was caused by a plugged condensate drain pipe. Blower motor started having issues due to the moisture. 10 year warranty covered the cost for motor. I went ahead and had the UV light installed and unit cleaned. Lemme tell you Jose Mandujano told me upon arrival he would get us up and running. The man was confident and true to his words. This system by far is the best system when it's operating properly. I do suggest paying the extra for UV lighting to not only give u cleaner air but also keep your components cleaner in the unit. And as always Balance comfort is our go to for all our heating and plumbing needs!

Sunday, March 30th 2025
After trying to deal with our insurance and they were going to send the stinkfest again to our house.
We called Balanced Comfort, Juan Jimenez came out first thing Sunday morning.
He tried everything and finally fixed our horribly clogged drain.
We appreciate him and we appreciate the company. We highly recommend everyone that works for them. They've come to our house. They were clean and nice, professional and didn't stink like smoke.

Woot woot!

We had a huge hole in our garbage disposal.
No idea how it happened.
We called our home owners insurance and they sent a stinkfest/cigarette super smoker to our house. It was gross.
That stinker said we needed a ton more work done. NOPE.
We called Balanced Comfort and they sent out Storm!
He gave us great options, he came back the next morning and in less than a hour we were all fixed!
Yay! We love this company and the people that work for them. They are real people that want to help.

We called last night and got a appointment for today!
Cesar texted us early in the time frame., Promptly showed up.
Came in, checked out what we wanted done.
Listened to our barking dog. LOL
Cesar fixed everything quickly and was super clean.
We love our new faucet and are thankful that it's over.
We highly recommend Balanced Comfort and Cesar!

Estevan is a very good tech For Balanced Comfort.

He’s very thorough, friendly and very competent in his job.

This is the second time he’s been out and we actually prefer him over any of the other techs

Worst HVAC company that I dealt with. I own an Airbnb in Three Rivers. Had to call them for emergency service, they reported the blower needs to be replaced, collected the payment and NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. No follow up, no update. The only I got an update was then I called them. WORST PART is, the HVAC system was still not running.

Carlos Rodriguez was calm, pleasant and dutiful in his maintenance and checking our HVAC system. In addition to his checking our system inside and out, he addressed our concerns, changed our difficult to reach filters, placed our sensors , adjusted our thermostat and discussed importance of surge protection on the unit. Thank you Carlos!

Excellent service from Adam Renteria. He was very polite, personable, and helpful with any concerns that we had. Job well done

Storm and his team were absolutely great in getting the job done. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars was because the office representative was not well at communicating with his team which lead to his team being sent elsewhere instead of finishing one job first. Also I’d like to add that having to do the patchwork ourselves was a surprise to me. Other than that they got the job done, which was what we needed.

The technician, Jovanny, was really great at explaining the process and took time to go above and beyond even on Christmas Eve. What a fantastic representative for Balanced Comfort.

6/6/25 update:
We had a loss of cooling beginning last summer and multiple tech visits that didn’t solve it. Some of them seemed knowledgeable, some more green, but all were professional and polite.

As temps went up the last two weeks it got unpleasantly hot as the unit was only emitting 80 degree air and I was becoming very concerned.

We had a senior tech Say Vang personally take the issue on. He came very late in the day, around 6pm. This was important because the other visits had always come early day when it wasn’t hot yet and the system malfunction wasn’t as obvious. It also shows his dedication, as he worked the problem out on our roof to 8pm and successfully diagnosed it for a repair. Feeling cool air coming out from the registers was the happiest I've been in a while. Very grateful to Say, but yes wish we had solved this more quickly.

I would consider rejoining their maintenance program but I think only if he does the visits personally.

2024 update:
I had an excellent experience with each of the staff members I interacted with - they were all very professional. Jesus who came out and did my inspection was courteous, competent and knowledgable and walked me through questions about the inspection and needed repairs patiently, then did the work quickly and cleanly.

As a follow up from 3/13/23, I used them for electrician services to replace much of the ceiling lighting on our house. Their electrician Jose B was polite and professional throughout the estimating process and did amazing work day of. The install of 17 lights was done on time, works perfectly, and he cleaned up in detail afterward. He went the extra mile to
match lighting hue to existing lights. Just a great experience.

Had a problem with my toilet not flushing and needed some help. Demetrius came early to provide service and quickly handled the problem. What stood out to me was his great attitude and willingness to offer advice. Definitely will be a returning customer.

Brittany arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and performed an inspection of our heating unit and explained in detail the condition of our unit. She also discussed the benefits of a service contract. We are very satisfied with her service. Regards, Jim Price

Adam was a very pleasant young man. He explained everything he was going to do as part of the maintenance service. When he completed everything he reviewed it again and made suggestions for keeping the heater running smoothly !

Had ducting work done in my home, Jaime and Timothy were some of the most professional people I’ve dealt with. They were accommodating of my requests and took the extra time to make sure everything was completed appropriately. Very happy with the work done. Would recommend any time for any ac needs!

Cesar and colleague had great manners. They introduced themselves when they arrived and had good customer service. They were careful to lay down tarps and vacuum at the completion of work. We now have heating!!!!

UPDATE as of 09/2023: I had received a call from technician Joseph. He thought that someone had contacted me in regards to the follow up for the water damage wall. I told him not anyone did. He then went ahead and gave my husband & I the option to fix the water damage on the wall for no further charge for the inconvenience we went through. We accepted it & the following business day they got to work. It took them a whole week to repair. They took off the takless heater & cut out the damaged dry wall, they replaced the dry wall, redirected the previous tankless pipes, painted it with an exact matching wall color. We are very grateful as they made things right. They did restore our faith in them. The only thing was they left a square gap between the pipe that connects to the main water valve. It sucks cuz bugs can travel through it but my husband says he'll patch it himself. I'll include updated pics.

Aug 2023, At 1st I was really happy about the quick accommodations to come inspect our leaking gas water heater. I was left to deal with getting this done as my husband was working. The technician Sage is an incredible employee with such an awesome heart. He was great about explaining the situation to me and helping call the appropriate technicians to come help asap. Our issue arose on a Monday and by the very next day on Tuesday another 2 technicians, Luis & another gentleman I can't remember his name, came to install our tankless water heater. Sadly while in the process of removing the old tank heater it revealed water damage to the wall & the base of where the tank was. The technicians still with such discovery proceeded with installing the tankless heater over the wall with water damage. When I asked about it, they stated they were only instructed to install. They then contacted another technician whom called me that same day & stated that they'd come out to look at the water damage and give me a quote to fix it. Which now its been a few days and I'm still yet to hear from anyone. There where many occasions in which different departments within the company that were not in communication with eachother. Yes the company was quick to come out in a moment of emergency, and install a new heater. But my husband & I felt like it was inappropriate to over look and cover the wall that has water damage without bringing it to our attention. We would have taken a different approach than just installing the new water heater. We're greatful, just not 5 star happy with the service.
