Great customer service! A different company came out twice to "repair" our AC over the course of two weeks and it broke down again both times, and then they claimed our air compressor needed to be replaced which would have been a $3,000 cost. That's when we asked Maximum Air to come out to give us a second opinion, and Victor came and found the real issues with the system and he was able to resolve everything in the same day and saved us a ton of money! He was great and the great communication was a plus. Very satisfied!

Always a great experience with this company. I have used this company many times. Jeff the owner has always been fantastic to work with. He goes above and beyond to help and ensure all of your questions and concerns are addressed. We were without air for 2 weeks during the heat wave and I contacted Maximum Air after dealing with our home warranty company that could not help us. Within a couple of days our unit was replaced and we could not be happier. I definitely will refer Maximum Air to anyone in need.

I have been a customer with Maximum Air for many years and I would never call anybody else! They are a great company, great employees, and great customer service. They go above and beyond to solve any issues we may be having with our units - heating or air conditioning.

I called, set up an appointment they came out tested and made sure condenser was running right before summer hits. Fixed and cleaned up the messy wiring and insecure components the other company left. Runs great no bad noises and runs a lot smoother.

Our AC unit randomly stopped putting out cold air, and was being inconsistent on working. A friend recommended we call Maximum Air. Spoke with Jeff and he was quick to get in touch with his team to send someone out the same day to take a look. Victor and Damian showed up within 2 hrs of speaking to Jeff and were quick to find out that the motor needed to be replaced and were willing to get it done ASAP. Victor even went as far as telling me if it was after 5, when they close, to call him up anyways to let him know when we wanted the job done.
They came back the next morning(today), and got the job done fast(within an hr). Very happy I decided to call Maximum Air. The AC is running perfectly now. Great customer service and professionalism all around! From calling Jeff, speaking with the woman at the main office(can’t remember her name sorry), and having Victor and Damian come out to do the job. Thank you guys! Will recommend you to anyone, and will make you the go to for any future needs.

I have worked with Maximum Air on several different occasions most recently on a newly purchased older home. Michelle in the office worked with me to schedule Anthony to assess the condition of my HVAC unit that has not worked for many years. I was given a fantastic quote and was able to get work scheduled right away. On the day of work, I received a message from Anthony letting me know they were on their way and when to expect the team. Matthew, Victor and Edwin, with the direction of Anthony quickly went to work and it was just a few hours and the work was completed. Anthony also installed a new nest thermostat and help get is set up. The crew went above and beyond. They left no mess and were polite. I will continue to recommend Maximum Air to any of my friends who need a great company who shows they care for their customers.

Our ac stopped blowing cold air in the middle of the hottest weekend of the year so far. Maximum air was recommended to me by a colleague. They were so efficient and friendly. Came out and fixed our issue and gave us realistic expectations of what to expect from our system.

Jeff and his team just installed a new Carrier Infinity HVAC system and I am very happy with the unit and the install. Looks great outside and sound is very quiet, so happy we used Maximum Air to install. The new Infinity Thermostat is a dream to set up. Can't go wrong with these guys!
I moved the unit from the back of the house by the pool to the side of the house, mainly because of noise of the old unit and really did not need to do this because this unit is super quiet. So Happy with the way the job turned out!

This company is absolutely amazing. I Have been using them for 14 years. My air conditioning went out at 104° weather and they were out to my house within two hours. Victor was amazing, he Did a fabulous job, hundred percent recommend them.

Fantastic company! Very responsive and great to work with. Jeff was wonderful in helping to diagnose and a troublesome AC issue and didn’t stop until it was officially fixed—he took up his whole weekend to do this. Very much appreciated.

My AC Unit took a hit 2 years ago, and my wife and I tried to deal with the heat in Central Valley by using a portable ac unit to get through the hot summer. 🔥 we kept paying way too much out of pocket when we had home warranty to cover for HVAC Unit. The only problem was that our AC Unit was old, and it wouldn't hold freon. It had a bad compressor and leak out freon. Home Warranty wouldn't have us get a new unit. Their remedy was to send our Contractors to do a quick fix with the lowest bidder. So, we canceled our contract with the Home Warranty and looked elsewhere for a company to assist us with our issue. Long story short, we found a company based in Visalia, and they rip us off, too. We paid so much out of pocket, and nothing was rectified. So that was the end with that company as well.

We decided to shop around for quotes for replacing our existing AC unit. My wife submitted her contact information for Costco since she had a membership. They had a company or contractor based out of Fresno stop by our residence. First impression, off the bat, they were trying hard to sell us a product, and services which were just extremely high for our budget. I get it. We need a reliable and working HVAC system that will last us another 20 years. However, I'm not going to sign or agree to any terms when we heard the ball park amount for over $21K just to replace an AC unit.

We just wanted a quote, and the contractor/ salesman really tried hard to set up an installed date with us. We were like no, not at the moment, we're shopping around for prices and getting second opinions. He even said we may need to upgrade our entire air duct system. Which will be another $20K. My wife and are I were like no!, our Air Ducts system still good because we had another company service, our systems 2 to 3 years ago which we paid out of pockets, roughly $5K to $7K.

We weren't going to fall for some scam to get money from us even if they made it sound like they were a reputable company who partnered up with Costco as contractors.

Eventually, I asked my neighbor and asked who services his HVAC system. Luckily, he was kind enough to share with me Jeff's contact number. I didn't know at the time that Jeff was the owner of Maximum Air Fresno Air Conditioning. I just want to get a second opinion on prices and what services we wanted to fix. The price we discussed was fair and reasonable to replace my 3.5 Ton AC unit. Far more affordable than what contractors from Costco told us.

Jeff was very, knowledgeable, professional, and with his crew when they showed up to our resident to start with the AC replacement and replace the old coils up in the attic space. We were pleased with their work they provided along with their superb customer service. I haven't felt this much comfortable and cool in my own home for a really long time.

Maximum air was recommended to me by a work friend as being reliable and honest! Victor came out and was definitely that! He was very polite and explained everything in detail. I was told previously to just replace my HVAC unit, he instead took the time to go over replaceable parts to keep the unit running longer and more efficiently. Thank you Victor! I'll be returning to Maximum Air for future repairs. $97 diagnostic, $490 total to replace the ignition module and get my heater running again.

We were very impressed by the excellent service we received. Our air conditioning was not working properly. We reached out to a friend to ask them who to contact and they referred us to Jeff at Maximim Air. We called mid-morning and Jeff came out that evening. It was going to be extremely hot and he wanted to make sure he helped us. He was professional and knew exactly what was wrong. He even followed up with us the next day. We had a bad experience with another HVAC company this last year and were worried about who to call for our routine maintenance and any possible repairs needed. A very good friend of ours recommended Maximum Air. Victor came out and did an amazing job. He was so nice and explained everything in detail so I could understand. I felt he was very professional and honest. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing their AC unit serviced or repaired. We will definitely be using them in the future!

Early last summer, my neighbor was telling me that he had issues with his condenser freezing up like a block of ice on his air conditioner, so he called Mamimun Air, and he could not stop talking about the young man that worked on his unit, his name is Victer. He took his time to thaw out his A/C unit, clean out the radiator, and didn't leave until the unit was working. My neighbor was so excited about the service that this winter, when my heater was out working, I asked him for the number and insisted I ask for Victor.
I scheduled an appointment and asked for Victor. Before the appointment, I received a call from Victor when he was on his way. He was in and out in no time. He connected a faulty wire on my thermostat and was up and running in no time. He was straight to the point and not a big talker but knows what he is doing. What was nice is that he gave me a follow-up call the next day to check if everything was working correctly. Maximum Air is now added to my favorites on my phone. Thanks, Victor!

We had been told by others that our system needed to be fully replaced but Jeff and Anthony offered to provide a second opinion and found that the system was repairable. They were able to repair it that same morning and restore cooling. Jeff also had spent about an hour over several calls explaining how the system works and our options in detail. Anthony was on site to inspect and repair the unit and was incredibly professional in his work. I highly recommend working with these professionals!

Incredible company. Didn’t try to skip everything and quote me for a brand new system like other companies, they fixed what I had! Great communication and transparency. I was out of the country when system stopped working, they were able to work with me and find different ways to communicate to get the system back and running. Forever grateful! Great price too.
