Our experiences have been exceptional with Lee’s for both new install & service. The technician, David, was courteous & respectfully wore booties without being asked.
He was knowledgeable & explained the repairs in terms of warranty. He shared photos & explained the recommended service items but did not push us to purchase. We felt like it was an honest, upfront experience.

Juan did a professional job! Our 25 year old 40 gal water heater started Leaking so it was time for replacement. We upgraded to a 50 gal unit. Very clean installation and no mess left after the job. Thank you for the good work!

Jose Luis with Lee’s Roofing did a great job repairing my roof gutter. It is fastened together and working great. He also helped to add extra support to the gutter as well. Photos show Jose Luis’s amazing job. Complete customer satisfaction.

My AC died on Mother’s Day and on Monday he had a crew on my roof getting me back up and running. A few days later he installed a new unit at a great price.

As a business owner here in Fresno, I’ve dealt with several A/C companies and I have to say the team at Maximum Air is just on another level. Their overall experience and knowledge is apparent in their work as well as when they explain what they are doing. Great customer service, great communication, and overall great work. Had an issue with our central heat/air unit. Had the company that installed it come out twice but could not fix it. We’ve used Maximum Air for our yearly check ups and called them and it was fixed in immediately. Should have called them the first time. Won’t ever use that other company again. Jeff, Santos and Ernesto installed a new 5-ton Carrier Infinity HVAC system for us a couple of weeks ago with separate zones for upstairs and downstairs. Before deciding to have Maximum Air do the job I got bids and recommendations from 8 different local contractors, studied HVAC labor and materials cost comparisons, and read online reviews of local companies and various manufacturers. While I was open to other manufacturers, Carrier is the brand I'm most familiar with, however most local companies can't recommend it because they can't get good pricing. The price Jeff got me on a high-end Carrier system plus zoning was as good or better than the more obscure preferred brands of other companies in the area. In addition, the great communication, flexibility, laid back but professional interactions, and willingness to patiently explain things to a customer who just thinks he knows something about HVAC were really appreciated. Little things like installing an extra register for no additional charge, leaving me with a box of new filters, and letting me help run the thermostat wire to ensure ideal placement really made all the difference. They over-delivered, and I couldn't be happier.

The technician servicemen from Maximum Air were professional, thorough, knowledgeable and communicative. This is refreshing and stands in stark contrast to what many have said about other HVAC companies in our area. I strongly recommend these folks for all your HVAC needs. I'm really happy we worked with Maximum Air. We had an AC unit go out, and apparently we have a very small coil in a tight attic space that needed to be replaced. We initially tried to get this fixed via our home warranty, but that whole experience was such a hassle. I ended up speaking with Jeff and he helped me better understand what our options were. Victor came out and thoroughly inspected everything before sending us a quote, which we thought was fair. We got scheduled in quickly, and Jeff came out to survey everything before the work was going to be done. On the day of the job, everything was done within a matter of hours. I really appreciated how professional everyone was, and how the guys took lots of precautions like laying a sheet over our flooring to make sure dirt wasn't tracked into the house. Besides that, we have a fence that doesn't open, which would have given access to the AC unit area. Maximum Air carefully removed the fence posts and then put them back when the work was done at no extra charge. Also, we got this work done in November when we're not going to be turning on the AC. Jeff mentioned I could call them when it starts getting warm again to make sure everything is working. Our home warranty only paid for half of the cost, but it was SO worth it to us to use this company because we felt their price was fair and that the work would be done right. I wish every company operated like this one! Highly recommended!!

My ac wasn’t working and he came the very next day and fixed it in less then 15 minutes. Very pleased with his service and will def use again if I have to in the future.

Victor was very thorough and fixed just what was needed to get our a/c unit up and running. In fact, it is working better than it has in years and the cost for the repair was very reasonable. He even followed up with a call/text message a few days later to check if the unit was still working properly. I gladly recommend Maximum Air.

On the hottest day of summer to date my AC just could not catch up and consequently shut down. I phoned Maximum Air and was told they could be out in a day to diagnose the issue. Jeff came by and was very knowledgeable, he knew what the issue was and quickly resolved my problem. I was so appreciative and relieved that it was not too costly to repair. 100% satisfied with this company and the employees. All interactions with all employees were very friendly. Work done timely and all devices were connected and working prior to them finishing. Owner was very professional and a great person to work with. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Another company wanted to charge for a repair that was covered under warranty and wanted me to do all the work. Maximum air handled it all for me and I had nothing to worry about. Anthony was very helpful and professional.
