Vince did an amazing job fixing our hvac units. We have multiple units in the roof for SJVAPCD and he was able to fix and troubleshoot them all. Very professional, quick and courteous! Highly recommend!

Zechariah came out quick and was able to help me understand what I needed to repair the damaged water lines in my restroom that flooded my house this morning at 6:30. He went over all the available options to insure the repair will be done correctly. Thank you Lee’s for coming as fast as you did.

I would highly recommend Lee’s Plumbing and Air. I had a serious job that needed done and the guys who came were excellent. They got the job done one schedule and left the site clean and in order. Andy, the crew manager, made everything run smoothly and kept me apprised of what was being done and how long it would take. The job took several days and he made sure I knew when they were coming back and how long they would be there. Great job guys!

The plumber Jonathan did a great job super professional and nice. He went way beyond to get the water heater installed. I would give a 5 star but the price was a bit high. Jonathan gets a 5 star for his service

I called Lee’s Plumbing early (Thursday) and they were able to come to my home within two hours. I had my water heater (only 4 yrs old) replaced due to rusting parts. They explained updates on laws for new installs (which may have caused an increase in price). They were professional and good about clean up.

Our technician Alex was wondering to work with, he was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He handled our situation very well. Great customer care by Alex. The job was completed but it took them twice to come out. The main problem was not fixed the first time and not going to lie, it was pretty pricey. I give Alex 5/5 star for Customer Care. But overall job satisfaction 3/5.

David Porras was very helpful and efficient. He did a good job getting my heat pump ready for the hot weather, and was able to assure me that my air purification system is working well.

Our plumber Manny was absolutely fantastic. This was his second time visiting the home for the work, although he had found more damage that what was originally intended he put all his effort into making sure we knew what he was doing, why he was doing, and what the plan would be going forward.

Lees office was very helpful as well in sending Manny out and coordinating on when he would be arriving and sending multiple different invoices and giving us options on how to fix our problem.

All of my encounters with Lee's have been excellent. My water heater had died and I had been without hot water for 2 days while we were troubleshooting the source of the water and moisture on the water heater. I had recently had my roof replaced by Lee's. They came out inspected the roof to double check & then worked with me to get a plumber out for 2nd opinion & replacement facilitated. Their customer service has been excellent!!

David was very nice and courteous and very knowledgeable about how to fix our Heat Pump problem. He completed the fix in a little time and explained what was wrong and how he fixed it. Definitely recommend him for any future work. And since our unit is under warranty, we paid nothing for the call or repair.

Kevin was very thorough in his work, was agile going up the ladder to change filters in the house in the cold air return and did the same outside , up the ladder to the two units on the roof. Did cleaning, measuring, and adjusting. Kevin did a great job and did a thorough inspection. He was very personable, very knowledgeable in his job and had, initially, greeted us with a smile when we opened the front door. Certainly, he must be a valued employee.

Mr.Porras was very polite very knowledgeable and the most informative technician Lee's has sent us since we had our AC installed. Very polite. You can send him here anytime we request service. Kudos to him your lucky to have this guy on your team.

Lee’s Air, Plumbing & Heating resolved within a week an issue another company had us waiting for more than three months to resolve.

*When I contacted them they immediately scheduled a diagnostics visit to assess the heating system. Jorge Soria provided pictures with his assessment and quoted me three options for the repairs. He assured me Lee’s Air, Plumbing & Heating had the ability to get the repairs done in the same week because the manufacturer of the HVAC has an office in their Fresno warehouse.

*A repair appointment was scheduled within a few days and Marcos Moreno, who did the repairs left the unit running and also advised me of the benefits of joining Lee’s maintenance annual service to have the HVAC running as smooth as possible .

* The next morning I noticed the house was not warming up and the system was not running. I sent a text message with pictures of the thermostat to Lee’s and within 2 hours Gustavo Campos was at the house and discovered the blower motor had failed. He obtained authorization to replace it with a motor he had in his work truck, ordered a new one and all this was at zero cost as a courtesy from Lee’s Air, Plumbing & Heating - that was above and beyond service!

I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC and plumbing needs. Their technicians are courteous, professional, on time and seem to care about their customers.
