The technician was friendly and respectful and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. It’s nice to deal with a company that still values great service. I’m beyond happy with the results.

The men made the repairs to my heat pump in 1 day instead of two. They were professional and explained the work they completed with pictures. They did a great job.

Fast, efficient, and highly professional. The crew showed up on time and immediately identified the issue. They had all the tools and parts needed and didn’t waste a minute. What I liked most was how they explained what went wrong and how they fixed it. They really put my mind at ease. Everything was completed the same day without delays. The comfort level in my home has improved greatly. I’ll be sticking with this team from now on.

Called for duct work consultation on Saturday and had the job finished by Monday. Vincent, the advisor over the phone was very thorough and took an hour to explain the different options. We chose the basic plan in the end due to the price. Even after discount, it was still $20,000. The crew came in 2 days and complete the work after 6 hours. Quick and efficient.

Too bad there isn’t a negative star rating because that’s what they deserve if even a rating at all. Had to put a star to be able to post….Monarch is the definition of bad business, horrible customer service and customer satisfaction. I had my air conditioned service on 5/6/24. When the technician arrived(name I will leave out) he informed me that he had a trainee with him. (Thanks for heads up) Needless to say it was time to check the unit in my attic which required the use of a ladder(of course) All was well until the next thing heard was a loud sound followed by my insulation falling to the ground. Yes the trainee put a giant hole in my ceiling. I wasn’t angry that it happened I’m angry at the lack of urgency to fix my ceiling. The “supervisor” came to my house along with someone else and they thought it was funny..needless to say I was told to wait a week I should hear from someone- Nothing no call, no status, absolutely nothing. I’ve called everyday twice a day since 5/13/24 trying to get ahold of a manger or supervisor..well that’s a joke because you will never get one..you just get their schedulers. This company is a joke, I would never ever use them ever ever again.

The guy who came out to diagnose our electrical problems was really nice but seriously $8000 to change out 12 outlets? NO THANKS the next day I had an actual electrician Come out and diagnose the problem and they confirmed it is not the outlets but a loose wire So if I was to have gone with this company to change out the outlets, it would not have fixed the problem.

I really appreciate the service with maintenance and how they were so wonderful at working on my trailer is such a blessing to have men be able to make a brighter day they all work very very good thank you very much again thank you

Monarch Electricity quoted me $2,600 just to install a Tesla Wall Connector about 1 foot away from my power box, on the same garage wall. The job would’ve taken 30–60 minutes and needed no extra materials. I found the quote extremely high for such a simple setup and wanted to share this so others are aware before getting estimates.

Chayanne was very professional and patient when explaining to me about my unit. Bradley was nice enough to give me a good deal and options on fixing the unit. Will use their service again.

Omar C. Was my technician today and on previous visits. Like always he was very kind and professional. They were able to schedule my tune up service right away and came out first thing in the morning. Very quick and prompt service and he was very knowledgeable. A+

Nothing wrong with the work. The quote the day before the work was not specific to each element needing to be done. Instead it was a full total. Tell me why it was $700 to install a fan with preexisting wiring? He only swapped out a working fan for a new working fan. Get an itemized quote and don’t use this company for fan installments.

They try to scam every single customer. I had a new HVAC system from Costco. Monarch AC services is ruining Costco reputation while ripping off Costco customers.
Furthermore, They recommend to fix duck work to every customer. I have an American home shield insurance. I have called to American home shield to inspect duck work. They could not found anything wrong.
I have attached duck work photos clicked by Monarch AC services. Duck work has nothing wrong. It has strapped every 4 feet and sealed properly.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I've had Monarch for a few years now, they installed the unit I currently have on my house. Chayanne Garcia was a really helpful technician. He diagnosed a problem I'd been having with the unit during a tune-up, and explained the results of everything he found. Excellent work, and he didn't mind all my pets staring at him while he moved around the house.

Tayde was on time and delivered professional and friendly service, ans per our maintenance contract. The working area was left very clean, no insulation tracked into the garage! Tayde asked if we had any concerns/questions before he left. Very happy with the service.

Fabian Prado was respectful of my time constraints. He took time to make sure I was satisfied with my new gutter install and answered my questions. Satisfied customer.

Zechariah arrived much sooner than expected. He quickly assessed my plugged toilet problem and gave me several courses of action. I made my choice and he went to work which only took a few minutes. My toilet is working again! Zechariah was professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for coming out on a Saturday and thank you for putting up with my yappy little dog.

Our heater stopped working, called Lee's and they were able to send someone out in a couple of days. David was sent out. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. Turned out our unit had a bee hive in it, which stopped it from working properly. He cleared out the hive and the unit started working right away. David took approximately an hour. The was no charge, since our unit is still under warranty.

Bi-annual service performed today by Armando. He was prompt, friendly, and courteous. He took the time to walk me through the steps of the services provided today. I'm satisfied with the service experience.
