I want to thank John and Shane for the great work they did on my Christmas lights. There were a lot of unforeseen obstacles, but they were able to conquered overcome every single one of them. I’m so happy with my Christmas lights. I definitely recommend them if anyone is looking to have permanent Christmas light installation done on their home.

Bee Moua came to my home for HVAC service, and he did an excellent job. He was very detail-oriented, task-focused, and provided honest, helpful recommendations. I appreciated how professional he was — he wore shoe covers and kept his workspace clean, and was considerate even with kids around the house. He also changed the air filter and cleaned the unit thoroughly.

Overall, Bee is a knowledgeable, professional, and courteous technician. I highly recommend him for anyone needing HVAC service

I am absolutely so pleased and impressed with how gracious, professional, knowledgeable and very personable the gentleman, John Pitman was when he came out to rescue my little family from a blackout of half our condo, at night. He ended up taking care of even more than what was really our main emergency, and the price was extremely reasonable! He was quite patient with our little cat who was intent upon inspecting his work.
She approved! He did a great job!!

I would recommend Allbritten to anyone that needs help in air conditioning or heating issues. They had my unit replaced next day. I have to say the job went longer than they expected but when they said they’d finish in one day they meant it. They stayed till the job was done and cleaned up after themselves which was a 12 hour day for these poor men. They were very polite and professional, I would have them back in a heart beat. Their membership is also a good deal so they can maintenance my new unit twice a year for free along with alot of other perks. They are very professional. Call them! You won’t be disappointed.

Had new plumbing service to add filtration system and update plumbing under sinks. Added new hot water heater. These 2 gentleman Ramsey Howard and Yordi Lopez gave it their all and then some. This work required them to dig a ditch but had to without the proper equipment. Kinda disappointed in the company not providing proper equipment to dig a long trench. I have to say they worked hard and consistent, were very respectful young men and wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to meet my plumbing needs. Thank you so much Ramsey and Yordi.

JC and Lishi were very professional and courteous. These guys definitely know what they’re doing!!

Great experience. We went with a new Carrier unit that they were able to install 2 days after we called with our problem. They came the same day that our unit failed. It went very smoothly every step of the way.

These guys were also very considerate about cleaning up and had great communication at every step.

My parents got a brand new electrical panel installed. The day of install, They sent me a message with an estimated arrival time. Junior was my electrician, he came on time, bright and early. He was super courteous and helpful! Definitely would recommend Allbritten To friends and family members! Very nice job!

Great customer service is at the fore front of Allbritten. John and Junior replaced 3 exhaust fans in my home, as well as a dimmer switch and recommended surge protector. They were in and out in no time and cleaned up like they were never there! John is an excellent electrician and took the time to explain all repairs. I’ve become an Allbriten member as well!

Steven Perez arrived on time with his assistant Ryan Thomas and ready to work. He went over the installation process for my new AC unit and hit the ground running. They kept me informed through out the installation process as tasks were being completed and shared pictures with me of their work. After the installation was completed, Steven summarized the install and connected the new sensors to my thermostat, he also explained how to properly set my thermostat to maximize the efficiency of the new AC unit to make my home comfortable. These guys are awesome, didn’t leave any trash behind inside or outside my home. Great job!

I would not recommend getting even a quote from them. I’m still waiting. I had an appointment at 8 AM and at 12 pM and I still haven’t gotten a call from anyone from there from there or any help from their cost center, and I’m still waiting for a callback I will not go with them at all. I’m still waiting at 4 PM for them.
And they still haven’t called back
I have to say the customer service is crap I thought my home warranty coverage was worse. No, they are more crap. I like how your website says all under reviews are all of the good ones. None of a bad ones. I think I know why could you guys are a lousy company?
Today finally we got someone to come out to finally finish my quote and it was a lot better and last weekend

Monarch is by far the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I am not being dramatic. I bought a whole new unit in 2023 and every 5-8 months (on top of their regular maintenance) I have to have them come out to fix my unit. Always same issue, tried multiple of their solutions THEY presented to us and they keep saying “SHOULD do the job”. However the most recent visit had me irate and had to speak with manager who was very rude. I just don’t understand how I should be charged more for something I had already paid for 8 months ago to expand the air flow. I would NEVER recommend Monarch.

Even with back-to-back appointments, Monarch Home Services fit us in same-day. Pedro was professional and efficient, and now our home is nice and cool again!

Monarch Air/Heating tried to get $5,000.00 from me. Three components for the heating needed to be replaced and they were
still under warranty. Specialized Air came to my rescue and replaced those parts for labor only $450.00. I had to put one star up to post otherwise I would give Monarch Air/Heating a ZERO! Well I got a response from the owner that you're sorry. You want to make me happy return my money for service call that did not get done. I did call and ask for money back and was told that could not be done. Sandy B.
