I used to be a huge fan of Allbritten. They were a reliable, affordable local company for all things plumbing, AC, and heating. I’d recommend them to everyone. Unfortunately, in the past year, things have really changed, and not for the better.
The service has become much more sales-driven. What used to be basic maintenance repairs have turned into a pitch for “Option 1, 2, 3” packages, even for simple fixes. It’s no longer about helping with general home maintenance; it feels more like they’re looking to upsell you on things that don’t really need to be replaced. Every time a tech comes out now, you get the usual "your [insert appliance] is on its way out" routine, whether it’s the water heater, AC, or even recommending a water softener, regardless of whether it’s truly necessary at the moment. But the worst part? The prices have gone through the roof. They’ve become shockingly high, and the way they pressure you into believing that “you’re paying for quality work” feels more like a guilt trip. They’ll imply that other companies might do the job wrong, but honestly, there are plenty of local businesses who are just as reputable and insured.
It’s disappointing because this used to be the go-to company for home services, but now there are many more affordable and reliable local options to consider.

My heating system wasn’t functioning properly and I gave Albritten a call and they were able to respond to my issues in such a fast fashion. Nick was our service technician and I truly appreciate his service, honesty integrity and most definitely his professionalism. He was able to diagnose the issue with the heating system and even got it working that same day. We highly recommend Albritten for all your heating issues.

Austin and his apprentice Steven were very professional, punctual and detail oriented. They laid down tarps beforehand and were very methodical in preparing the duct work for installation. Upon completion of the work, they thoroughly cleaned the area. Austin gave me a diagram of the installation and explained the necessary certifications to follow. He also stated this was his final installation and he would be advancing to a higher job position within the company. Bravo! Highly recommend. pd

Fast, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable people. Explained what was the bare minimum we could get by with and other options too.
I really feel they did a good job and even though it was a little more than I thought I know prices are going up everywhere. But then again, it has been 30 years since I bought a toilet.
We had two toilets replaced, and the vent hose on the back of the dryer replaced.

So on the 4th of July my AC unit was making some noise but then it stopped making noise and was still working ok so I just thought ok I'll keep an eye on it. Two days later Sunday the 6th about 7:00 pm we felt the temperature start to get warm in the house so I felt the vent temperature and it was blowing warm I turned it off and back on and it worked for about an hour then started too get warm again . So on Monday I called Allbritten in the morning and they had a technician out at my house very very quick and he was able too diagnose the problem very quickly and explained it perfectly so I could understand what it needed. So, then they had a comfort advisor an hour later to give us options on our repair or unit replacement and we decided to replace the unit, he was very nice, professional and knowledgeable about the products . He made us an appointment the very next day to replacement our unit. They had a team leader out that morning to get all the final measurements and get a game plan with me, he was very professional , knowledgeable and skilled in the area of Air conditioning systems. The team got out there and busted it out by 4:30 that Tuesday, it blew my mind how fast and professional the team was . The new unit works so awesome and has like 60 percent air volume. They also cleaned up after and left the house cleaner than it was . Long story short ...lol... I 100% recommend Allbritten, especially to get that quality of work and to get a unit installed that fast in the summer time is crazy... 👍👍👍👍😁😁😁👌👌👌👌❄️❄️❄️❄️

Robert was professional and quick. He was able to give me an estimate and fix the issue on the spot. 10/10. Allbritten only hires good looking electricians. You can’t go wrong with them. ;)

I wish I could give Jacob Chieze 6 stars. He went above and beyond answering all my questions and like all the other Allbritten folk, he really knows his stuff! Jacob was professional, friendly, relaxed, and eager to be certain I was satisfied. He explained the service plan and also gave me a price quote on something I was interested in but I felt no pressure to commit which makes my husband and I more relaxed about discussing it seriously. Good job, Allbritten, investing in this fine young man, Jacob Chieze.

Salvador was my service technician and he did another great job! He’s a great young man and I enjoy having him come and check my equipment out! Extremely happy with 2 new AC units installed today. Work was completed in less than 2 days, everything left spotlessly clean. Both Aaron Keoma and Steven Perez were friendly and professional. They both took time after the install to make sure all of our questions were answered. We couldn't be more satisfied.

I would give a hundred stars to the crew that helped me with perfect friendly service. They were all very knowledgeable with their specialty and took the time to show me pictures and explained everything in detail. I didn't feel rushed at all. I recommend Ruben H., Brandon P., Ricky M. I'm not happy with Shane b/c I signed off on his work and trusted that my new HVAC unit worked. I spent 5 days without heat in the middle of January so I'm not happy with Shane leaving me with no heat. So the two stars are for the first group I mentioned.
I was chosen later in the day for a technician to come and fix there problem instead of first person of the day. ☹️

Very professional experience from start to finish. They thoroughly addressed our energy efficiency concerns with hotter weather these days and an underperforming system. Great financing options, professional installation, very satisfied customer.

I only call Allbritten for my AC and heater. Their customer service is totally top notch. This time Aaron helped us out came out late to help us turn back on the heater. I appreciate they work around the customers schedule and late i think he left roughly 930pm he didn't rush anything he made sure it was 100% thanks again Aaron for your hard work and expertise.

I had called Allbritten yesterday at the last moment to get our dryer vents cleaned. They were very responsive and were able to make an appointment for the next afternoon at my requested time. The service tech that came out, Joshua, was super nice and friendly and did not make fun of my stuffed up vents. 😊 He did a great job and I was very happy to pay him. We’ll keep Allbritten in our file for next time.

I called for a free estimate to install a whole house water filtration system this morning and had 3 other plumbers scheduled today. I did not realize that the UV component of the unit I purchased would need an electrical outlet outside where the water main is. Long story short, the other plumbers did not provide electrical work and their estimated cost to just install the unit was in the same ballpark but I would have to give them time to coordinate with a vendor. Adam from Allbritten was able to get their electrician out this morning and he was also available to install my unit! Adam is a great problem solver and represents this company with excellent customer service. Tony the electrician was also wonderful, both did an excellent job and now my whole house has clean, delicious water! I highly recommend them!

Ruben H. Was great! He was kind and courteous. He did a thorough inspection of our unit and was very honest on what needed to be fixed and let me know i did have options. I felt really great after knowing he was not out for our money but was genuinely trying to help us fix the problem. We will definitely be signing up for a membership.

I had a lot of plumbing done recently. I remain very, very happy with:
1. Allbritten personnel are very knowledgeable, respectful, and easy to work with.
2. All the wok was professionally done, and the site(s) were cleaned up upon completion.
3. They even called in a competitor to perform some kind of leak check, when they found that Allbritten didn't have the requisite tool.

Awesome job overall. Highly professional, efficient and so accommodating, to name a few. I originally needed help with one project since I didn’t want to risky hurting myself or damaging the location since this missing expertise. Calling to setup an appointment was fast, easy and efficient. He was not only able to fix the initial problem, but there were two additional electrical issues on my back burner that I just didn’t get around to. Upon fixing my ceiling light in my restroom that came unattached that was flush with the ceiling and wires were exposed, I inquire about a laundry room light seitch if he could check it out that was broken and not working. I additionally asked about two exterior lantern lights as you enter my house that were not working or blew out. I had thought something got damaged and again, with both additional items, I did not want to risky hurting myself or damaging existing property. He was so professional, knowledgeable and even helped educate me on what was happening and ways to fix it. Even before fixing everything, he offered options and no pressure so that I made an educated decision on the best ways to move forward. Everything was so efficient, timely and professional. Financially the price wasn’t bad either and getting quotes from different sources would have ate up so much time, energy and even money from me being away from work. I would highly recommend him and I plan to call back and request him specifically for additional upgrades I’ve been wanting to do to my house. 10/10.

Steven, Mason and Jeremiah did a superb job replacing my unit and making sure my duct work was functioning perfectly. Steven was very good about communicating how the job was going through out their work and they cleaned up everything really good. Both units of our 26-year old system had already faltered several times despite good annual maintenance. Even with efficient solar panels, our power bill was high. We called in late April, before the heat. Alejandro was on time, pleasant, thorough, communicative and efficient for our initial inspection and meeting. James met with us for our second meeting and went over our options and what to expect, without any pressure. We made the decision to replace both of the old units and seal the system once installed. We really appreciate that the company sends a photo of the person we are expecting, and then a phone call well in advance of arrival time. Steven and all his installation team were professional, communicative, and courteous. It was a big job. They cleaned up at the end of each day and explained the new equipment and controllers, including walking me through downloading the optional app that lets us control the system from our phones. We are really enjoying our new, quieter and much more efficient system. 10 on customer service!! Thank you Allbritten team!

We needed someone to look at our hot water heater and Seth looked it over, got it working again and gave us several options for replacing it in the future! He was personable, professional and knowledgeable! The woman I spoke to when I made the appt was just as pleasant and professional! Communication was great!
