Received another text asking for my comments on the actual install. Izaiah and his team did an excellent job of installing the Flo Smart Water Monitor & Shutoff value. He took the time to explain how it worked and what I had to do get started. Izaiah also took the time to show me how the system worked. His team cleaned up and left everything as it was when they arrived. I’ve attached before and after pics of the work and one of the workers Nicholas.
Had Jake with Albrittion out today for an estimate. Explained all the quotes in detail and checked all the outlets in the house. Appreciate his time and knowledge with the main electrical panel.

Great service. The team was very knowledgeable throughout the whole process from start to completion. They were able to answer any and all questions that I had throughout the whole process. Satisfied with everything and everyone involved.

Arron Hernandez responded to an emergency HVAC heating problem with our system. We thank him for his great service and immediate response to get repairs and parts under way. Our unit is workable until the permanent fix/repair can be completed.

Google would not let me do a second review… so I’m adding to this one. Arron came back today Monday to a repair on parts. Dakota in the office (helped to order the part and schedule and Cade gave very valuable input regarding the thermostat app. Arron was on time, professional and our system is good to go. I just had a customer supplied heat pump water heater installation job with them, and have worked with 4 of their people. Jake (Electrician), Josh (Plumber who quoted the job), Alfonso (Plumber who installed the WH), and Ryan (Project Manager?).

The scope consisted of installing a new subpanel since my existing panel was maxed out. And then installing a disconnect line next to the water heater. After that it was removing an old 40 Gal Gas Water Heater and replacing it with a 65 Gal Hybrid Water Heater.

Working with the 4, I can tell that they are competent and know what they are doing.
Along with knowing how to do their jobs well, they are also great communicators as they, built and established rapport, kept me in the loop, returned phone calls, answered questions and all sorts of other customer service/communication examples I can't think of ATM.

The quality in their work definitely shows that they have pride in what they do at every step of the process. From coming out to quote the jobs, communication leading up to the job and even following up after the job.

They are great. Would recommend!

Alejandro was very professional, communicated with us every step of the way and made sure we understood everything he was doing. He gave us a thorough evaluation. We were satisfied with his willingness to give us a number of options in order to be cost effective.

Had my HVAC changed after my heater failed. The Allbritten crew were excellent, from diagnosis, comfort consult, to install/clean up. All members were informative, prompt, and professional. Had the old unit removed, new unit installed and heating my home within 3 hours. Would definitely recommend them! Five stars!

Fermin got my stupid new ‘smart’ ecobee thermostat on track until I replace it with one that doesn’t think IT rules my household’s temperatures. No charge and a very kind, professional technician.

On 11/28 Matthew replaced the ecobee with a simpler thermostat once I purchased it from Amazon. No charge. There was some earlier discussion of reimbursement to me for my (much better, much less expensive) replacement purchase but I’ll have to confirm whether management will agree to this. Matthew is very professional and pleasant.

He did an incredible job servicing our air conditioning system. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail were absolutely top-notch. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing, answered all my questions with patience, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was running perfectly before he left.

The difference in our system’s performance was noticeable immediately—cooler air, better airflow, and a much quieter unit. He treated our home with respect, left the work area spotless, and made sure I felt confident about the service provided. Highly, highly recommend!

My ultra low Nox heater (CA new builds) was not turning on consistently and last year, the hvac company I hired was unable to find the exact issue and fix it permanently. The issue reocurred this winter, so I decided to try Allbritten this time, given they likely had more support and resources for my furnace type. Leonardo was very professional and friendly and explained every step of the process and repair, which I appreciated. They worked with my parts warranty to acquire the part and complete the repair (1 year warranty parts/labor) in a timely manner even around the holidays. Communication was very good. I did spend more money than last year, but the service was superb and the issue was actually resolved this time.

John Pittman diligently worked on my light installation project which was plagued with multiple difficulties. He worked in a very professional manner, was prompt with his timing on appointments and extremely courteous. I would gladly have him work for me again.

Outstanding work by technicians Lee and Martin to replace heater and AC units in our mid century home. Great support from supervisors. The whole job done in ONE DAY so that we were back to comfortable living by sundown! We recommend this firm and team with great appreciation for their work.

Steven & Isaac were taking care of our ductwork seal portion of our new HVAC system.
They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and informative. A pleasure to work with. Just like everyone we have dealt with from Allbritton. They work as a team with one focus - making customers happy.

Anthony Alanis, the service technician, came to our home to determine the cause of heating failure in our recently installed HVAC system. He determined the cause, made the appropriate adjustments, and came back the next day to make sure all was running smoothly. Excellent dedication to the customer and their needs. He is professional, informative, and caring! Very impressed with him and will ask for him again when in need of HVAC service.

TLDR: Thanks to Andruw, Angel, Isaac, David B, Josh F (plumber), Koi (HVAC), the others that came by for electrical work when the others needed support on the job, dispatch, et al!

In mid-November we called on Albritten for our our HVAC (thanks, Koi!), electrical (thanks Andruw, Angel, Isaac, and David), and plumbing inspections as we were preparing to purchase an older manufactured home for my mother, which we could see without an inspection that there was a bit of defered maintenance. Completely understandable considering that there was a very high liklihood the previous owner was on a fixed income.

Andruw and Angel assisted with inspecitions were thourough and presented concerns with electrical, as all but three outlets and switches were original, some paitnted over and unsalvagable with with 6 layers of paint, not to mention nearly 40 years old. Andruw led the outlet and switch change out, and returned at a later date when we found that there were a couple outlets that were missed. There were two others that also assisted, and unfortunately, I do not have their picture notifications to call out their names specifically.

Additionally, there was a safety risk identified with the electrical pedistal and panel. As this requires state permit approval, the work was completed at the end of January into early February, due to the complexity of the project and the need for PG&E to shut off power. We also added lights and an outlet to a shed which had none. The guys patched and repainted (using our paint to ensure colormatch, and it was like nothing ever happened.

Angel and Andruw were very communicative, patient, and understanding throughout the process. We are grateful that this was taken care of as soon as possible.

On the day the power went out, my mom said that the bottom of the toliet had been leaking for a while and was compaining that she had to keep cleaning it up. I figured it was a wax ring that needed replacing which is totally normal. I called Albritten, said that there was no power to verify if that was going to be a conern for the plumber. Thankfully Josh came by in about an hour. He plunged out the water instead of using a shopvac, he confirmed it was the wax ring, and it was a quick fix.

Though people may say that going to a handyman instead of Albritten is "cheaper," I know we get what we pay for in service and accountability. If something isn't right, they're going to come back and not charge you for it.

For those skimming through the reviews, be an educated and knowledgeable consumer, have an idea of what you want or have a desired outcome, your budget, and they are more than happy to discuss options. There isn't any pressure to do anything. The team lays out options, and sometimes there is only three options, (1) plan A , (2) wait until funds are available, or (3) do nothing with them and move on to an option within your budget.

An alarm was going off that we couldn’t locate, maybe it was the thermostat, but it turned out to be the CO monitor that was in an unusual placement.
Colin was friendly, professional, and patient. He located the alarm, offered choices for replacement, etc. He explained everything about the alarm & also checked the smoke alarms to be sure they were still good as we requested. We really liked him!
Would recommend.

Alexander was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He clearly explained what needed to be done to fix my water heater, including replacing a part and repairing a small leak. The cost was about $1,100, and compared to other companies, their pricing and customer service were excellent. I would absolutely use them again.

Andres was a gem!!!! There are not many people who are going to have a positive attitude and be patient on a holiday in the rain!! Andres came out smiling and was very helpful with my questions and repaired the gas leak that I had. He didn’t rush, and he was friendly. He is the prime example of how Customer Service should be. Unfortunately, this is rare nowadays, so it was a very big blessing and pleasure to have Andres be the person who assisted me with my issue today. I would highly recommend and Albritten Is very fortunate to have someone working for them such as Andres!!

Tony did great work for me, I happened to have an urgent repair and was able to get him out the following, upon showing up he assessed the situation and the correct solution for the job and gave me a quote to get it fixed which I found reasonably priced and gave him the go ahead on the repair. Within under a hour he was able to get the problem fixed and left the area cleaned up. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an electrician.

10/15/25 Caleb returned today to do the work he had discussed with us at our original visit. He showed up at the scheduled time he is very thorough and precise in his job. Very courteous asked if it was ok to enter another part of the house when needed. Explained what he did after he was done . We will definitely be using their services again. Highly recommend them

Lee and the other guy that came out to replace our roof AC were super friendly and professional. They were incredibly hard working and got everything done in a day, which is super impressive with how old and broken our old unit was. They cleaned everything up when they were done and explained in detail the next steps of the process. They were even really nice about having to deal with our incredibly vocal dog the whole time. To sum up they made a super stressful thing so easy to deal with, 100% recommend them!
