Anthony was amazing. He provided great and professional service. He explained everything did a thorough Job. What would have took him a 3 day job he completed in 1 - 2 hours. This was great because he showed he cared for our situation. Having babies in this hot house has been miserable and Anthony did an outstanding job. So excited to have cool air again. Definitely will be coming back.

Alejandro was very thorough with my tune up for my ac unit. When I asked how everything was working he explained exact numbers of how components are functioning. I am very pleased with the service.

They are very professional in every way, and their whole meaning is that they will go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is taken care of properly. Juan did a great job with the service and he was very respectful towards the customers needs.

we ended up fixing the initial problem that you came in to repair and we did not have to spend the $3200 to flush our refrigerant. We would've loved to give you the work, but we did not want to pay an extra fee, we did not need

My a/c went down during some of the hottest days of the heat wave. I had some problems with my warranty company being slow to act but Comfort Pro was responsive almost immediately. They diagnosed my AC issue right away, offered me options for the repair/replacement and made the whole process seamless. I had a whole new system installed within 1 business day of diagnosing. Been here twice and my ac still doesn’t work.
Diagnosis the first day said they just needed coolant Never got cold, Came back diagnosed it now. It needs two parts so now they gotta come again.. shouldn’t be that difficult!!

I called them this morning when our east furnace went out. The tech arrived the same afternoon, jumped on the roof and fixed the problem within 15 minutes.

I want to say thank you comfort pro they installed a new unit and duct work almost 6 years ago and a surveyor checking my panel saw something he thought was wrong comfort pro came out and fixed it no charge that shows me how much they care about doing things that's right. They could have charged me and didn't they are reasonable and caring to do the right thing. I highly recommend them and i give them all the appreciation and I hope all the success and blessings thank u again I will use them for services in future for sure

CPH&C deserve 10 stars. Alexis went ABOVE AND BEYOND making sure my family and I could get our A/C fixed. She handled discrepancies with my home warranty company and she did it all with amazing customer service and response time.

Juan provided ABOVE AND BEYOND service as well, making sure the necessary parts were delivered in a timely manner and installing them within the next day! I’m very grateful for his attention to detail and kindness through the process of making sure my family’s A/C unit was fixed.

Well he did a good service I think but he didn't show me all the readouts like the service man did back in May that was one of the main reasons why I used you guys again is because back in May he showed me all the readouts what the amperage and voltage using and how much it should be using and I really like that fact that he did it but this one seems like he did a good job
