Called several places in a Saturday early evening to see if anyone had any same day availability as our AC suddenly stopped working but all the major companies were booked until Monday. Although, Steve Patrick’s was not able to get us serviced same day, Mike was very compassionate. His company was the only one I called that truly cared and took the time to follow up with me. He followed up with me after our initial conversation and the following morning. He took the time to try to find a tech last minute for us knowing our situation, even as far as offering to buy portable units so that my family and I were safe during one of the hottest days. Thank you!

Cody Cipro was the technician who performed service on my AC unit. Cody made a courtesy call when he was en route to my rental property. Called when service was complete. He provided a detailed description of the job performed which included pictures. His recommendation was to service my AC unit every 6 months (spring & winter).

Cody was professional and courteous. He far exceeded my expectations.

Steve Patrick’s A/C put a new Heat Pump system on our home. Everyone that worked on putting the new system in were very knowledgeable and friendly and courteous. On a couple of follow-up visits one of there supervisors, Jose, came out and again just outstanding service. I recommended them to my sister and she was very happy with them. They will definitely be are A/C-Heater service people for the future.

We just had a full AC and Heating Unit installed in our mobile home this March 2025. We have used Steve Patrick AC & Heating for years for repairs & annual service checks with much success and very fair prices and prompt service. We got several bids. Chose this company because of our good experiences, the quality of their work, the fair price, and the consistent quality of their workers. Today, again two technicians, Anthony and Cody returned as standard part of installation to double check the install and log in all the parameters. All very professional. Steve Patrick has been in business for as long as I can remember. We just recently did a standard service for our indoor and outdoor unit and used them for the first time. We are very grateful that Jose the service technician was sent to us. Angel the inside scheduler is excellent in communication and their followup is excellent. I wanted to give a poor review so that we would always have excellent service and our own dedicated technician (that is a joke). I honestly can't say enough good things about Steve Patrick, Jose, and Angel. Good pricing too. Thanks guys, Ron.

After receiving 7 estimates for a new air conditioner and furnace we decided to go with Steve Patrick. The price was extremely fair compared to everyone else and they educated us, so we understood what we really needed vs just trying to upsell. The other 6 estimates were a joke, trying to price gouge and make us believe we needed certain things that we did not. Steve Patrick also did an incredible job with install. Everything was done in one day and worked perfectly upon startup!!! We could not be more happier!!! To top it off, we received a phone call from Mike the owner a couple days later to see if we were happy and if we had any concerns or questions about anything! It was so appreciated, we love that great old fashion customer service!

From installation to now, could not be happier

We called Steve, Patrick air & refrigeration Service at 9:22 am on a Wednesday morning spoke with Angel told him our air conditioner was blowing hot air. High temperature of the day was going to be 100°. We were very worried that they would not be able to come out today. Service tech Rodrigo arrived at our house 10:36 am! Wow, is that customer service or what! He replaced the capacitor, the air is now blowing cold air and we’re so happy. Best customer service ever! We will call them back for maintenance every year!

Outstanding service. We called several places that gave us quotes on the AC unit. The other companies did not take the time to inspect my existing unit or any of the ducting to see specifically what I may need or not need. Steve took the time to gather information on my old unit to look at what size intake I currently had. While he was making his assessment he discovered the roof surrounding my AC unit had water damage. He showed me exactly where it was. It is a good thing he did because our roof could have given out because there was quite a bit of dry rot. Steve arranged for the roof to be repaired and installed the unit. Everyone who did work was professional, friendly and did a great job communicating what was going on as the repairs to the roof and the AC unit was being installed. The roof was fixed and better than ever and the new AC unit is great.Specifically I want to say thank you to Steve, Mike, Chris, Doug and the roofer Ronnie for doing an outstanding job. I will recommend this company to anyone who asks. They were honest, thorough and did a great job. If your looking to have your AC unit worked on or replaced remember the cheapest is not always the best. One of the quotes I received was cheaper but in the long run could have been catastrophic if my roof later collapsed because they failed to identify the problem. Thanks again to Steve Patrick and is quality company.

I’ve used them at least three times in the past years. Called Saturday expecting to schedule for week following, they came out the next morning. Awesome service friendly polite technician. Repaired my AC for a reasonable price. Highly recommend them. 5 ⭐️

Jorge Ibarra performed the fall maintenance. I was pleased with his courteous and professional manner.
Jorge explained the gas valve was not functioning properly.. Explained the functionality. No pressure to replace.
I will likely renew annual membership.
I also appreciated the personal attention when I called to schedule service call.
