Great service. Repairman resolved our heating problems quickly and waited to make sure the heater was functioning before leaving. He was professional and courteous. He also provided us with cusomter education on the heating unit. I highly recommend this company for your heating and ac needs.

GOMEZ AC replaced my elderly neighbors AC motor and told us he needed a bigger return since the previous AC people upgraded the AC, but did not modify the return to meet the needs. He was hired to come back out to fix the return. EL IS A VERY CARING MAN!!!! He made sure that everything was working properly inside and out. Sent pictures to the owners son and made sure everyone understood why thw needs for the modification. He is very clean and meticulous in his work. I asked him to check my moms AC when he was available to see if she didn't have the same problem. He told my mom the return inside was sufficient, but he would check the AC on the roof. He noticed it was in dire need of cleaning while he was up there and went ahead and serviced it. When he called me tonite to tell me about his visit. I asked how much for the service and he said he wasn't going to leave the AC like that so he took care of it. It was on him. What a Blessing!!!!!! I Thanked him immensely!!!!! My mom is always saying help others and you will be helped in return. Today was a prime example!!!!! We definitely have a new AC company!!!!!! Bless you El and your company!!! Thanks Again Patti

Anthony Barrera was very helpful, efficient and well prepared to perform the job. The issue was fixed within 2 hours from start to finish and the best part was that he had the motor in his work vehicle which made the process even more professional. Thank you 😊

Comfort Pro reps were really courteous and professional. They performed the work smoothly and promptly. The only issue I had was the time slot I was provided was 8am to 12pm and no one called to let me know that the ETA was well after that time. The rep showed at 1:45pm. I had to call the office after noon to see if anyone was still coming and all I got was yes without any ETA. I think they should be able to map out the route in the morning and at least provide some regular updates to the clients so that they can plan their day.

I have elderly parents and their air went out on a Friday night. The predicted temp on Saturday was 106. I called Comfort Pro Heating and Cooling Saturday morning not expecting the service we received. Richard answered the phone and Anthony was on the job by the afternoon. Unbelievable! He had the part they needed on the truck. He was able to repair unit and get them cooling down and they received a 10% Senior discount! Thank you Comfort Pro for taking care of our family.

Two years ago Comfort pro installed our Lennox Ac unit. Last summer it was better than our old unit but this year we started having problems. They sent out a technician and checked the unit but less than a week later the unit started having problems again. So we called comfort pro back and they sent a new technician, Rick. He checked the unit and knew that something just wasn't right so he said he would talk to the company and see if there was anything else he could do. So they sent him out again a few days later and he decided to check the attic and quickly found the problem! Rick went above and beyond and didn't just give it a quick once over and pass the problem to someone else. As of right now the unit is working so much better and hopefully it will not have any issues from this day on. Thank you, Rick.

Excellent job. Very professional.

I was assigned to Comfort Pro through my home warranty. In the almost 2 months since the problem began there have been 4 different technicians out here. All 4 of which have seen a different problem with my AC. Each of the technicians "fixes" the problem, assures me there is nothing else wrong, and then leaves only for the unit to stop working again in a couple days. At this point we are getting back up into the 100s and I have not had a working AC unit since early July. The summers here are NO JOKE. I am having to spend extra money running my in window AC unit and a BUNCH of fans just to keep myself and my pets alive.

I have been using Comfort Pro for the past 3 years. Great company has always provided a great service and very respectful honest technicians. Would recommend any day.

Anthony was great to work with. He explained what he was doing and how he was going to diagnose our issue. Turns out our ECM motor is pretty much dead. Quote sent to our home insurance for their review and approval.

Serviced my heater. Not sure what that means tbh. The guy worked quickly. Heater is working as it was before. Used through AHS.

We had two different technicians because parts had to be ordered. I feel like we got very knowledgeable technicians. Our unit is older and I’m so happy that they were able to find us a part . They also responded quickly in getting our initial service call and again when the part came in .

Juan was my technician and he was great! On time for our first appointment and early for the second! He was fast, kind, and professional! Once my part came in for my heater he had it up and running again in no time at all!

Anthony was cool calm and collected, he cared about his job and was understanding to our unique situation. He was on time, kind, and real. I would be glad to call him my A/c guy for as long I live in my home.
