This company is a great AC company in the valley. Brandon came out and diagnosed my system and told me what was wrong. He fixed what need to be fixed. The prices here at this company are very fair. The company is great & can take care of all your heating and AC needs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I will only be using this company for my HVAC needs at my home.

Had Brandon back out at my home to help me with my Thermostat. He is such a wonderful person and showed me more things I can do with my thermostat to keep my home warm or cool.

He explained everything to my parents and myself thoroughly so that they understood exactly what he was doing. Not a lot of people have patience for older couples but Jose did which is appreciated! We love Steve Patrick Heating and Air and have used them for at least 20 + years. Oscar did a wonderful job on our winter service call and explained everything that we can do to be proactive in caring for our unit long term. Very much appreciated his time doing
that.

So we had issues with our A/C Sept 2018. So we had home warranty coverage but they kept beating around trying to fix a 32 year old A/C unit. My utility bill was like $550 to $650 a month. So we had a brand new Carrier A/C installed at our house in 2018 by Mike and his crew. They even did all the wiring so I could put in a NEST thermostat to be more energy efficient. The install was smooth and they even put on all my new covers for the returns I had bought and sealed them. Great work and best of all no mess to clean after they left. I did over 16 bids from companies here in Fresno and Clovis over a 2 week span. Steve Patrick wasn't the lowest but compared to 10 others they were like 5k cheaper. They didn't try to sell me additional stuff like the other companies. One company wanted to cut a whole in my ceiling for the return, when I already had 2 returns. I have recommended them to my co-workers and since then 3-4 have used them. I would go back in a heart beat especially now that my utility bills are like $260 in summer 2000 sq ft house A/C at 75 when we are home 78 at night and I run my pool pump 6 hrs a day 7 days a week. Cancelled the home warranty protection I was paying $89 a month. For the savings on utility and not paying warranty investment return in under 3 yrs. Hands down a great and HONEST company about what you really need.

Jose Rodriguez is very helpful and knowledgeable. I am a single mother with three kids and don’t know anything about my heater luckily he took the time to help and explain exactly what was needed. I highly recommend this company. Great service

Thomas and Glenn are definitely the “A” team going above and beyond my expectations. They were very thorough and professional, cleaning and analyzing our system in places no one else has. They explained everything in detail and have ordered parts for a needed repair. I will unquestionably request them next time we need Steve Patrick’s service. This is a company you can trust and feel comfortable with them in your home.

For the past five years we've been using Steve Patrick's to do a bi-annual service which has kept our 20+ year old unit running smoothly. During this recent CA excessive heat wave our unit stopped cooling, and they were able to make the repair next day. Cannot be more pleased with this company - From making the appointment, to interacting with the service techs, eveyone is courtious and helpful - would highly recommend for all HVAC needs.

The thermostat to our AC system was not working. It was very hot outside. So I knew I needed to an AC technician to come to the house today. After calling four other companies, I called Steve Patrick Air Conditioning. Gloria, the receptionist was very positive and encouraging and said she would send Jose as soon as possible. Jose was great! He fixed the thermostat and had the system up and running very quickly. I highly recommend this company. I was very impressed!

Jose did a great job servicing our home AC unit. If it wasn’t for him we would have had a miserable summer. We are so happy with the work done that we have referred him to everyone we know. Thank you for providing exceptional service!

Little did I know that it took a title for my mobile home. I was having a hard time getting our title to Steve Patrick, they worked wonders getting it set up with the inspector, if they hadn't we would be sitting in 111 degree weather. My new air conditioner is beautiful. It was half the price I was quoted at other places.

Furnace went out Saturday morning. Called Steve Patrick early that morning. Steve came out right away, diagnosed and repaired the system. Reliable, dependable, professional and friendly. Furnace up and running again just in time for the frosty mornings. I highly recommend Steve for your system repairs.

My a/c went completely out several weeks ago. I had a 24 year old system that needed to be completely replaced. On the advice of the son of a friend who works in HVAC, I picked 3 companies to come out and give me estimates for replacing my system. (In the meantime it is +100 degrees outside and I have no a/c.)
I picked Steve Patrick’s as the contractor to replace my system.
To my great relief, they made my job a priority since I had no ac. I had technicians removing and hauling away my old system between other jobs.
Two brave souls attempted to work on installing my new system after spending the whole morning on another job. They only quit when they discovered it was 130 degrees (F) in my attic! Some technicians even volunteered to work on July 4th!
I cannot say enough about the courtesy and hard work from everyone who worked on my job starting with Steve Patrick. From the company office staff, to Mike the scheduler, to the technicians who worked in my house, all were pleasant, polite and helped make what was a horrible experience a lot easier to get through. I am so grateful they were willing to work on my system in between other scheduled jobs so I could have a working a/c in my home.
I am thankful that I chose Steve Patrick’s to replace my system! Not only do I have a great working a/c, but I have a new to me service company to help me take care of my new system.
Needless to say, I highly recommend Steve Patrick’s.

Jose has been our primary technician for a while. He's very punctual, courteus and very professional.

During their breaks, I can even hear him helping other techs on the phone. Great guy, great tech.

Company overall have been awesome. Scheduling, followups, work have been top notch.

We have used Steve Patrick Air for many years able to diagnose the problem with the unit. This was very important as our son is terminally ill and being in a home without AC when it is so hot is not a good thing. They understand the urgency and made every attempt to quickly rectify the problem. The part that was broken was under warranty. We had to wait until Monday to hear if they located a replacement. They did!!! They replaced and
repaired the unit early Monday. The owner Steve and the service tech, Jose, were quick to respond to our questions and replied promptly. Their customer service was 5 star. We would highly recommend them. We will continue to use them for our HVAC needs.

My a/c needed to be replaced last July. Considering that the unit being replaced was 29 years old, it really was time. Despite being peak busy season, Steve Patrick's Air Conditioning and Heating was able to quickly and professionally install a new unit. All the employees were terrific. We had the pleasure of having Steve Patrick’s Air perform our annual heater service. Our great experience started with them eleven years ago when Steve’s crew installed a new unit for us. We again received outstanding service from Jeff and highly recommend them for any of your heating and cooling needs. You will not find anyone more honest or professional.

Steve answered the phone on a Sunday and sent out Jose right away. He did a thorough inspection and gave me a written quote for the issues he diagnosed. I recommend this company, and I will be working more with them in the future!

This company is great! Another company came out to do a “tune up” of my AC system and told me it needed to be replaced. I called Steve Patrick for a second quote and was told it didn’t need to be replaced, it just needed to be cleaned and serviced. They literally saved me $16,000!! After servicing my system, it is running within all factory settings and they say I should get another five years out of my 20 year old system. I love these guys!

As a new homeowner, Cody was extremely helpful with helping me understand how my system works and how to maintain it. He explained the repairs that were needed to help prevent bigger problems later on. I would definitely recommend their services!
