Keith came out in a timely manner and provided an estimate for us. We explained what we were looking for and he made recommendations for what he thought would be best for our situation. We agreed with his recommendations. He said he'd contact us in about 2 weeks to schedule installation.

True to his word he contacted us within the stated time frame. Installation was scheduled. The installers (Mike and Conner) arrived on the set day. Mike explained what they were going to do. Mike and Conner expertly installed the system. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. As for Keith's recommendations they were spot on. We're very pleased with the experience we had with California Indoor Comfort.

My air conditioner went out and I called California Indoor Comfort. Technician Daniel came right away Saturday morning and fixed the problem. He was so patient and answered all my questions. Keith and his guys did an exceptional job removing my failing unit and installing my new Trane heat pump. The purchase and contract processes were smooth. They were good to work with, explained everything to me and answered all my questions, made sure everything was working, and left my outside and attic units and areas looking clean and sharp. They even got my attic insulation respread evenly. In addition, in the time between choosing them and the unit arriving, they made sure my old unit hung on till the new one could be installed. I am looking forward to a long and good relationship with them for maintenance and service in the coming years.

I was happy with the customer service I received.
Anthony was very nice and got the belt on right away and I greatly appreciate that.
It seemed as the day went on and it got warmer the cooler was not really cooling.
So I go up on the roof next morning and notice that the panel was not put back on. (I guess the crashing noise last night was that sliding off the roof)
The fan is running quiet at this time and I did find the small cup fitting which I tried to put back in but the little hole is moving when you turn the shaft which makes me believe that the bearing may be going out.
The pump was frozen and I was able to clean it up and get that working again.
Now my question is this.
When you charge for a diagnostic, is there some checklist you go buy?
I was surprised that these problems were not noticed.
Especially since I am not a certified HVAC technician and I was able to see these problems.
I would have posted this a few months ago however I have been putting in a lot of overtime to pay another repair company to fix all the problems I wasn't told about. Pretty cruel to have a senior citizen have to go on the roof because of what turned out to be poor quality work.

My mini-split wouldn't blow hot hair. It had worked perfectly last year and lovely cool air all summer. I called Calif Indoor Comfort this morning and Daniel arrived in the early afternoon. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I really appreciate the speedy excellent service and reasonable price.

Daniel was our technician. He diagnosed the A/C issue very quickly. He had the correct parts in his vehicle and replaced them in a few minutes.
