I recently needed to purchase a new heating and air conditioning system for my home. California Indoor Comfort has been servicing my HVAC system for several years. I choose them again for this new install - and they did a superior job. It's a huge expense for a home owner - but I went with the all electric system. Sure enough - my gas bill this winter has been extremely low compared to previous years. They were right! Since I also have solar - my electric bill did not change every much. California Indoor Comfort was the perfect choice AND they were the right choice as well! I am VERY happy with their service!

Great experience with California Indoor Comfort. Mike came over the same day I called and was able to diagnose the issue up in attic and fix it promptly. Keith was friendly, responsive and professional keeping me in the loop of when the part we needed would arrive etc.

I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend to anyone else.

They do a great job explaining the process and actually get down and dirty looking at your system instead of just guessing. Now I just wait for the quotes.

Excellent experience with California Indoor Comfort. I was referred to them by Trane, the manufacturer of our HVAC equipment. They help me try some simple troubleshooting steps by phone, followed up the next day when the issue couldn't be resolved on the phone, and scheduled a technician to come that same day (despite the fact we're in a fairly remote mountain community). The technician was friendly, informative and thorough. He tracked down the cause of the problem -- poor workmanship by a different company who installed the equipment originally -- and fixed several of their mistakes.Everything was back up and running in a couple of hours.

For first time dealing with AC issues, the “tune-up” was as advertised. Daniel, the CIC technician, was knowledgeable, efficient, and patient with my questions - providing perfect information for my needs.

Curt and the entire staff are always personable, from the office down to those who perform the service calls. They are flexible in making appointments. When they come to our home, staff are courteous and efficient. They are very good at explaining what they did, what needs to be done, timeline for getting additional parts and service completed, as well as discussing charges before asking us to sign off.

Customer service is excellent and they were out to service our air-conditioning unit within one day… Highly recommend!

My home AC was blowing warm air so I called a few places, I was told anywhere from two days to two weeks before a repair technician could come check it out. Then I called Keith at California Indoor Comfort, he had someone come out the following morning! Mike came out, was professional and courteous. He found the problem (blown capacitor), had the part in his van and was able to replace it right then! He even performed a quick maintenance on the unit, including washing out the coils! The price was fair and reasonable, I'm immensely happy with the level of service provided, we will be signing up for their scheduled maintenance plan! Thank you California Indoor Comfort!

After calling and reading reviews of several HVAC companies I decided on California Indoor Comfort and was extremely pleased all-around. Keith (owner) is responsive and considerate, listening carefully to my concerns, which were mainly not having had my A/C unit serviced since 2017. Technician Ping was right on time, spending nearly an hour fully servicing/cleaning the unit and testing indoor temps. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable, reassuring me that my unit was in good shape - one less worry is priceless. Fees were comparable to significantly more reasonable than other businesses. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call again should future needs arise.

Great visit to Check my heating system before it gets cold. Service Tech Daniel let me know when he was on his way. Asked question and let me ask questions. Serviced system quickly and explained what he did. I look forward to using this company again.

Called for a quote/assessment of work to be done for vent clean out. I gave him my address and he Told me he would be by later. I called again midday and no response. A simple text or call to notify me that he 1. Didn’t service my address or 2. That he would not be able to make it, would have sufficed.

*Edit: Keith came and conducted a thorough inspection and I am grateful for the communication and follow through.

My AC stopped working and the team was able to come out the next morning and fix it. They relieved a lot of stress because my mother is in remission from cancer. Daniel was an excellent tech. He was professional and courteous to my parents. Kevin was amazing at fitting in us in asap for appt.

I had a new Trane furnace installed and worked on by a different HVAC company. Despite replacement of defective parts, 3 times, the furnace continued to have excessive noise problems with the inducer unit. I spoke with Trane Consumer Relations, Product Support about my problems. They were helpful and understood my frustrations. They recommended that I contact California Indoor Comfort as highly trained to work on my unit.
I called and spoke with Keith about the problems I was having. He was very helpful. He said that he would contact Trane directly so that he could research the history of my furnace. He was able to obtain information about an upgraded part. Daniel, from California Indoor Comfort came to the house to diagnose the problem, correct the natural gas pressure levels and install the new, upgraded inducer assembly.
Both Keith and Daniel explained things very well.
I am very pleased that Trane Consumer Relations recommended California Indoor Comfort and I am also very pleased with the work that California Indoor Comfort did. California Indoor Comfort went the extra mile for me! Thanks so much! Appreciate it!
