We had Lee’s come out to look at our heater as it has not been working the past two winters. They came out and the guy was on our roof for a little while, he took pictures and told us that we would need to replace the whole unit and that it would cost 18,000! He said that anyone else would just replace the two pieces that needed to be replaced but that it was a “fire hazard” to do so and they were not going to do it. We got someone else to come look at it and they quoted us 5000 to replace the unit but he said it did not need to be replaced and we were able to get the two pieces replaced instead of the whole unit. Please consider getting a second opinion if you’re hiring Lee’s as they like to scam women and overcharge.

Very professional staff, great service. Had a new furnace installed and am now warm and happy. We would highly recommend Lee's Air for your Heating and Air Conditioning needs. They came out to troubleshoot our heater the same day we called and brought out a couple of space heaters for us until new furnace was installed. Great customer service!

Lee's Air Plumbing & Heating, I hired this company to unplug my kitchen sink. They used the "snake" and said they cleared the blockage. They charged me half of $1k. Two days later, on Thanksgiving the sink was still clogged up. I called the office and made contact with the manager. The new technician evaluated the clogged up sink. After a discussion with the office manager we were able to reach an amiable resolution. The good thing is that the company was able to make an "executive" decision and stand by the "quality" of their work. Thank you Josue!

Lee's i feel is the best service company out there. The service is fast and professional. Jeff was very good at explaining the cost and what you get for your money. The installers called to let me know they were on there way. Once they arrived they covered the floors and cleaned up everything before leaving. Also offer up to 18 months no interest and no payments. The A/C was installed in one day including enlarging the return, replacing some of the ducking, adding Carbon monoxide sensor and new top of the line Thermostat.

Had Lee's Plumbing come by and, I'm sorry, I was disappointed.

    Paid $49 for a short 20min talk.

Lee's plumber just came out to give us quotes and that was pretty much it. Felt like he didn't even want to go in the house to look at the water heater. Didn't bother to do anything else except LOOK at the water heater and point out things he felt was maybe the issue (which is fine) but for $49 just to talk and get quotes was, IMO, a waste of time when that could've been done over the phone. Could've saved him the trip and us $49. Not to mention Lee's quotes was at least $300 MORE for pressure test and DOUBLE the price for a tankless than the other company. It was literally within 10 minutes he pulled out his tablet and started giving us quotes.

Another concern was there was one thing Lee's plumber had mentioned and put in the quote that I thought was conflicting and misleading, based on my experience with my nephew's water heater several months ago (I was there to handle my nephew's water heater) with a different company and our experience and quote with the other plumber. If it's company policy then that's fine but say it's company policy, don't make it sound otherwise.

We had another plumbing company come by in the morning before Lee's and THAT company was FREE and actually stayed and walked us through the process of a pressure test, what it would do to old pipes, his concerns and his opinions regarding our water heater. This plumber was more thorough and did more for FREE than Lee's plumber. (This plumber even glanced in the attic just to take a look at the gas pipes and walked outside to look at the gas meter.) Obviously we'll be going with this company for the tankless water heater. Their prices were more reasonable and their plumber, we felt, was more thorough and upfront and honest.

I'm glad others had good experiences with Lee's. We're just disappointed with ours. We don't mind the $49 fee but if you're going to come out just to talk and leave in 20 minutes and not really do anything else, then just give the quotes over the phone and save everyone time.

Had a meeting with Josue! He was willing to walk me through my issues…I really appreciated his time. Without a doubt the best employee at Lee’s!

Very friendly and professional. Gave us several phone numbers to reach them 24/7 and explained everything. Got the job done quickly and hauled off old shingles. Left everything clean.

I requested an estimate by Lee’s Air to replace the HVAC at my home in Fresno. The employee arrived timely, and that is the only good thing I can say about my experience with the company. He failed to introduce himself, failed to provide me with a business card and he was unprepared to provide the requested estimate before another employee would arrive. I shared my thoughts concerning what I wanted in my home and what I understood about heat pump technology. He took a look at the breaker box and the site I have selected for a compressor, then went to his vehicle to get an ETA on his co-worker. When he returned, he said his co-worker would arrive in 20 minutes, and then asked if I, an over-60-year-old woman, was the “decision maker”. I calmly and directly told him that his question was insulting and I asked him to leave at once. He was surprised but complied. I contacted Lees Air to share what had occurred, and was told the sales manager, Blanca, would call me back. It has now been 1-1/2 hours since I placed that call and I’ve yet to receive a return call. So if you are a woman who owns a home in Fresno, beware this company. Their personnel cannot imagine you as capable enough to decide what you want in your own home. Don’t call Lees.

STAY CLEAR!! Had tech come out to repair A/C. Was told parts were failing and needed to be replaced. I was given a quote for $6.5k. I also asked for a price of a new unit and was shocked. $24k -30k for a new unit and if I needed duct work it would be between 10k - 15k on top of that. The second I heard those prices I knew they were trying to gouge. We immediately called another local business, and was given a quote of $11.3k for a new unit installed. They came out a day later and new unit is working perfectly. Our experience is all too familiar with other one star reviews. Side note... Lees WAS the business we called for A/C maintenance, not anymore.

Called Lee's to diagnose a problem with my electric water heater. As we are getting hot water in the shower and then goes cold after 5 minutes and getting a code 12 on a Rinnai water heater. The technician came out on an initial visit and couldn't fix the issue but then recommended an advance diagnosis to resolve the issue. So i went with the advance diagnosis for $440 to get the problem fixed or at least know the issue. The tech did not perform any diagnosis as he did not even try to get the code 12 to activate again (which can be done in 5 minutes by turning on the shower). He did not perform an inspection of the flame rods on the system to ensure that they were in good working condition. Nor did he provide a written service report on the work he performed. Feeling frustrated and seeing that this technician was not qualified to work on this water heater i called another plumber from a different company to do a diagnosis. He performed the basic by seeing the code activate and noted the issue. He then checked the system and inspected the flame rods. Noted that the flame rods had build up and cleaning them may resolve the issue. He cleaned the flame rods and low and be hold the issue was resolved.

I will NOT RECOMMMEND Lee's for any of these water heating issues. They sent me an estimate of a new water heater cost. Had they performed a diagnosis they would have been able to discover this. I am currently requesting a refund as they did not provide any diagnostic report or anything that was checked.

I advise people to be very cautious when dealing with them as you can tell from the initial visit on how good the technician is. After the initial visit i did request for a different person to perform the advance diagnostic but they sent the same unqualified technician out. I recommend more training.

On 1/3/24, an hvac technician came to secure a part of my heater in the attic. When he was done, he said that the carbon monoxide levels in the attic were higher than normal and that I could die because you can’t smell it. I said I have a carbon monoxide detector. He said it wouldn’t detect it because it’s below the heater. He said I needed to rebuild the heating system. I asked how much would that cost? He said between $6,000 and $10,000. He said he can get a second opinion from his supervisor. He called his supervisor on speaker phone who so happen to be in the same town at that time. I live in the outskirts of Fresno. The other technician comes and inspects the heater. When he was done he told me he noticed a leak right away when he went into the attic. He proceeds to tell me that I need to rebuild a whole new system. I asked how much would that cost? He said between $22,000 and $33,000. I requested for them to send me the estimate and invoice for the day’s service. I called the fire department and another company to check the carbon monoxide detector and levels. When the other company came to check and service my heater, they found no issues with my heater, no leaks, carbon monoxide levels were fine and carbon monoxide detector was working fine. I had to call Lee’s 3 times to get my invoice and I didn’t get it until about a week later. The first technician did not send me an email with his profile and he did not give me a call to let me know he was on his way. I felt they were using manipulation and fear tactics for me to spend thousands of dollars for a new system with their company. I will not do business with them.

Lee's is available for services nearly all the time. The associates that come over to assist us with various projects are always polite, respectful, and patient in explaining what problems we have and how to fix them. We had their membership service and the only feedback we have is that you may have to call them and remind them to come check on your house over the year. However, they have been courteous enough to honor annual checks, even when our membership had expired at one point.

Lees roofing did an amazing job.Mike Murphy, did an excellent job of communicating, answering my questions and responded every time I called to as a question. Workman ship was outstanding and job was done in a timely manner.

Nathan Benbrook is the best roofer in the business! My father built our house in 1940. Nathan, Tyler and the Lees team came in, preserved the property and stopped the leaks we were having. The communication, the workers and the experience was 5 stars across the board. Would do it again. Worth every penny!

don't fall for their $99 Rooter Special

they will use that tactic to get to you and then offer thousands of dollars options. After I paid the agreed $99 service even after my issue wasn't solved.

Then a few days later they will send another invoice for $49 plumbing service balance due.

Still my issue is not solved.
