The quality of work done to replace my patio roof roof seems good, but the communication for this company, as far as roofing, is extremely subpar. I have had nothing but problems as far as communication. I am not one to geenarly complain, but I have had nothing but problems as far as communication. I personally will never use leees for anything again based on the poor communication..

Recently had a chance to work with Lee's air. Customer service is top notch. Jose Solis and Phil Filaski were amazing. They addressed all of my concerns professionally and efficiently. I would recommend to work with them 💯.

Parents roof started to leak this winter. I did not know who to call. Lee's does the AC and Plumbing at my house. Called them. They handled the problem promptly and professionally. Their customer service is A+. I would highly recommend. I am on their month billing plan and see them 2-3 times a year. Always great people that come out and do a fantastic job. Nathan was the roofing manager who came to my parents house. He was great. Would definitely have him back for any other problems.

They are very proffessional and quick ! Cleaned up the jobsite as they went. They might be a little higher priced but they are worth it!great roof replacement.

Dylan of Lee's Roofing came to my Merced (in CA) bungalow to give me the information about replacing my 45-year-old roof.
To my amazement, the sales rep was loaded with facts and figures. He even provided samples for me to hold.

The facts were organized as 3 different plans: Good, Better, and Best. As he was speaking, my mind realized that 3 options were available according to my needs and my budget.
What a delight to grasp that Lee's was allowing me to customize the roof renovations. It was a refreshing conversation to receive the most current remedies for a new roof.

Just wanted to tell others that I have been a Lee's Air and Plumbing customer for 7 years and I have never had a bad experience. All the technicians are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They arrive timely and always solve the issue quickly. I have a membership with the company for regular maintenance, but today I had an issue with my AC unit. I called in the morning and was given an arrival time between 3PM and 5PM. "Dan" arrived at 3:15PM and the issue was fixed in less than an hour. My thanks to all the staff at Lee's Air and Plumbing for their superior service.

Dan P was punctual, respectful of my home, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right and making sure the customer feels comfortable and informed.

The salesman said that the company would reach out me to discuss the installeration on this Saturday but still no discussion in details even though I have paid for estimate that another company didn't charge. Not sure whether they come in as he said. They changed the date. Also didn't show up on time. I had to call what was going on.. However, the installer completed his job professionally, cleaned up. I'm very happy about it. I'm looking forward how this product will work when it rains. Thank you very much to call me many times for the update. I really appreciate.

Just wanted to say thank you to Lee's Air plumbing they came out. Did their service on one of our buildings at Central Valley auto glass. They did an amazing job the guy was very helpful.He explain everything as he was doing job. I would totally recommend lee's for any job. Thank you again mister pancake you're an amazing person. After he was done with everything, he also cleaned up. So that was a plus we were very happy with the services, and again, thank you, Lee's Plumbing.

We made the hard decision to say goodbye to our aged clay roof tiles and to go ahead with a conversion to a new asphalt roof. The easy part of that decision was choosing Lee's Roofing for the project. We've always had wonderful service with Lee's which has included installing a new HVAC unit and all new ductwork and insulation, as well as semi- annual maintenance through the years. We knew we could expect A+ work on our roof. True enough, our new roof looks sooo good and the entire job of removal and installation went very fast. The installation crew was hardworking, and sales rep Dylan Kent did an excellent job going over the proposed work/costs and explained the whole process beforehand. Special shoutout to project manager Juan Celis for his great communication, awesomely friendly and helpful manner, and excellent oversight of the installation. Overall, a super great experience for us and we love our new roof! Thank you, Lee's!
