One message Sunday night I told them I had a problem with my AC not blowing cold air, and they were on my doorstep first thing Monday morning. These people are always professional and most importantly honest with their work! So happy to have a local company that is so dependable every single time.

Had a great experience today with Golden Comfort. The installers got right to work and were so courteous…they cleaned up thoroughly after install. My two Trane air conditioners are beautiful and I am so happy and satisfied. I would recommend Golden Comfort to everyone…they are great!

They did a wonderful job outing in my new furnace. He even cleaned the register covers and vacuumed the house floors when finished. We had a problem twice since early December & have used Golden Comfort to correct the problem. They are very quick to respond, schedule a visit and complete repairs.

Our AC gave out over the July 4th weekend, but Ryan and his team at Golden Comfort still made time for us. They were quick to respond and fixed everything in just one day. Excellent service we’ll definitely be calling again.

My heat pump suddenly quit working on a 100 degree day. Golden Comfort came out that evening at 8 PM, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it with new capacitor and it's now blowing cool air. He was polite, and personable and explained what he was doing. I'm going to buy an annual service plan from them

Golden Comfort has been servicing my HVAC for the past 15 yrs, very knowledgeable & professional employees. Dwayne the owner is a very honest man & truly wants to know if his employees aren’t providing the service you expect. I had a new HVAC system installed this week due to my former system being 18&1/2 yrs old, not something I wanted to do this time of year, but at least I know my furnace won’t be going out this winter!

The guys were out at our place for quite a project and got it knocked out in a few 4-5 business days. Justin, Max, Robby, Terry, and a few others were very personable and great to work with! I was impressed with the work done for a clean, fast AC and Furnace installation, and the steps taken to keep the home clean.

As usual, nothing breaks until you really need to use it. Our furnace went out on the coldest day of the year. We were able to get one of their HVAC tech to come and look at it that day and they gave us a quote for a new furnace in the day. In the meantime they let us borrow a furnace so we at least were able to sleep comfortably. Our old unit had serviced us for 28 years and they had serviced it in the past. We knew it was only a matter of time before we needed a new one. 5 stars!

Kyle dropped by midafternoon after my heater started giving off this faint rattling sound that got worse once the sun dipped and the cold settled in.
