We had an issue with our water heater, Jonathen came out, fixed our water heater and brought everything up to code from the previous owner who did a horrible job. He spotted pin holes that would have been disastrous if they would have blown. Went the extra mile and then some. Will be only using them in the future.

I learned that it is not a good idea to put instant mash potatoes down the garbage disposal. Our representative did a efficient job of fixing this problem. In additon he gave me an education on how to properly use a garbage disposal. Great job.

ABC Cooling has been at our house this week installing new equipment and making our house all around more efficient. Randy came and did an Energy Audit about a month ago and showed us all the areas of our house that were letting our very high priced heat and air out! We were debating on whether to get this work done or get Solar. So glad we went with this first. Solar will make way more sense down the road when we know how much energy we actually use rather than waste due to efficient ducting, insulation and old equipment.
The crew is not even done with the new insulation and we already can tell a difference in our living room! Our fire place actually is heating the front half of our house, rather than just the living room. Thanks ABC for helping us make this decision and for hiring such professional and kind employees!

JC Garcia was here today to check ducts under the house. He repaired a hole caused by rats problem and took lots of pictures. Then he did general maintenance and added the yellow insulation where rats had removed some of it. (The rats problem was dealt with about a month ago. This prompted the need for checking of the insulation under the house. ) He also helped program the settings on the thermostat. He was very thorough, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. He reported with pictures a serious sewer line issue under the house and I will be looking to take care of replacing a very rusted sewer pipe. Thank you, JC!

We have had several different companies working on things at our house through the years and I have to say Allbritten/ABC have been the best company ever!!!! Always on time and professional from sales, office staff and technical support/service. I would recommend them with no worries about it!
