Employee very helpful and explained what the difficulty was and what had to be repaired to rectify the problem of the AC not cooling.

When our church AC was not performing well, they came out and had us ready for Sunday well before the weekend.

Excellent service! After a bad experience with another company, I can’t say enough good things about this company. We had repeated issues and they were always prompt, efficient at solving the problems with our a/c, and personable.

During August in a week when temperatures were hitting 110 our AC conked out in the middle of the day. Our landlord called Smilanick and in less than 2 hours we were back feeling chill air again. And our rescuer, Joe, could not have been nicer. In fact, their staff has always been wonderful, professional and most friendly.

John arrived with a large smile and greeting. He asked about my HVAC issues and quickly went to work. Fixed the issues and cleaned the unit as he worked. Very friendly and great service.

Honest and Amazing!!!
Called Lee’s Air Conditioning and was told that my unit needed to be replaced (at a minimum cost of $10,200). Got a 2nd opinion at Smilaneck AC and not only did they fix it (labor costs only), but it now runs at a 24 PPM carbon monoxode level- WHICH IS WHAT BRAND NEW UNITS DO (it was 44 PPM before). I couldn’t be happier. Utterly fantastic!!!

We have had the privilege of using These folks for 20 years or so. They routinely checked the system twice a year for maintenance and have done emergency repairs several times. The quality of their work and the professionalism of staff has been outstanding. Their pricing has always been very reasonable. We can recommend them without hesitation!
