Ruben, the pre install technician came out. He was very knowledgeable. We were able to have a very good discussion on how he and I thought the complete change out of my two units should be done.

I couldn’t believe how quickly the temperature came down. The old unit took almost 4 hrs to come down 2 degrees. This new unit took 15min to come down from 88 to 81. And shut off. I can already tell my

Our HVAC unit has been a problem since we purchased our home in 2018. We've had various people working on it every year that have never really been able to "fix" it, but rather just get us by another season. I was referred to Nalk Air Conditioning & Heating by a prior coworker and thought we'd give them a try. Well, they saved our lives. We found out our unit has been spitting out gas due to a prior company's dangerous rewiring. Not only did Nalk help figure out the problem, but gave us a very competitive price on the installation of a new unit. We had to wait about 2 weeks for the new unit installation (due to scheduling with a crane company) and Nalk provided us with 3 heaters to use while we were waiting. Their customer service is superb, their installation quick (I think it took them almost 4 hrs to remove our old unit which sits on our second floor roof, and install the new one.) I would recommend them over and over! We now have heat and will be comfortable this winter. Thank you!!

Technician Angel arrived 45 minutes late. I had to contact him (text) to find out when he would arrive because he did not communicate his late arrival ahead of time. Once arrived, he competently diagnosed and resolved the issues. Thank you!

Called Nalk early morning, last week, as my AC would not activate….. Ruben arrived a couple hours later …. “Voila”…..AC working. Thankyou Ruben & Nalk.

I was referred to Nalk Air Conditioning & Heating by a friend. After having had a new HVAC installed by another company and then it not passing the HERS test which is required by CA. three attempts were made by the original company to fix some issues, the system still did not pass the test. I then called Nalk. Nalk Air was thorough in their inspection, detailed in their quote, arrived when they said they would and their workers were kind and repectful. They took photos of all the issues that they found and made the necessary corrections. I highly recommed Nalk Air!

Martin from Nalk arrived promptly at the beginning of the blocked time period and completed the replacement of the blower/fan "ECM" motor promptly with the part already on his van (no extra trips). Martin was very friendly and answered all my questions. Nalk's labor charges are reasonable...parts (like variable-speed electronically controlled "ECM" motors) are very high priced nowadays, but what isn't! 😉 So 5 *'s and a "Thumbs Up" for Nalk Heating & Air!
