I have worked with Hector S. for years and I have been very happy with his work. He has always been reasonable, thoughtful, and diligent. He takes care of an apartment building for me and got along well with the tenants, without being pushovers. Highly recommend.

Nate came quickly and did an excellent job on some repairs I needed on our main electrical panel. He identified the problem and quickly came up with a solution. He repaired the faulty parts and made sure it corrected the problem. Good job to him and the company Apex General.

I called Apex General Electric for my rental property electric power outage. The electrician went to my rental property to investigate the issue. He came back ask for $190 for diagnostics fee and suggested to replace the electrical panel with the cost of $2600. I highly doubt the root cause could be electrical panel. So I hired second electrician. after his investigation I was told it has nothing to do with electrical panel but the wires in an electrical boxes located inside attic was not connected properly. I just spent $450.00 get the problem fixed. If I follow Apex general electrical to replace the electrical panel I will end up with $190+$2600+ more. I will never hire this company in the future.

Quick service when we really needed it. They showed up and had someone on site in less than 15 minutes! They troubleshot the issue accurately and resolved it same day. Great customer service! We will call them again in the future!!!

When calling this company you will be in contact with an AI receptionist. Their AI receptionist is an exercise in frustration. I am a person that when I am contacting a company to do business with I do not want to talk to a computer I want to talk to a person. They need to throw their AI receptionist out and hire a professional receptionist with adequate people skills to answer their phone calls. When paying a company to do work for me I expect a hire level of personal interaction than this company is putting forth. After my experience just trying to contact this company to get a quote on a job I would not recommend this company to anyone else.
