I came out of our room to see a tech walking around with his dirty boots in the house. I asked him to either take off his shoes or put booties on as we have a toddler in the house. I was talking to my wife about it and Pete interjected in our conversation and said "I am getting the booties, alright?!" I was not talking to him and the conversation was between my wife and I. That was rude. The other technician's name is Matt and he's great. Polite and had his booties on the whole time. Pete never came back in with his booties and stayed in the van on his phone the whole time. I feel that the management should know about things like this to correct the technicians they send out to your homes. The technicians should respect customers when such request is made without an attitude just like Pete had.

Just had Eddie M. come out and fix an issue with our A/C unit. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend Eddie for any future needs!

I would give 5+ stars if possible. I was approved for financing in less than 10 minutes. Everything was explained to me upfront and the price quoted never changed one penny. Gilbert and Caleb were on time an immediately started working. Kept me updated on their progress. Let me know when they left and when they returned. Very professional and friendly. Vacuumed and cleaned up after themselves and walked me through the
operation of my new AC before they left. Extremely happy with every one from Conlie to installation technicians to their customer service. Valley Air Conditioning & Repair was highly recommended to me by a friend and neighbor where I live. So happy I went with them

Sometimes you just have to call out professionalism and excellence when you find it!!! Want to give a huge shoutout to the Biglione family’s HVAC business, Valley Air Conditioning & Repair, Inc.!!

We needed to replace the split system in the guest room area of the house, and not only did VAR’s bid come in several thousand dollars less than the other two quotes we got, Conly also upgraded the unit from an 18 to a 21 seer unit (because the smaller one was not available) in order to make good on his bid and to insure the job was done on time.

He charged us nothing for the upgrade. Moreover, he didn’t even mention the change until I saw him at an event this weekend, several weeks after the work had been completed. He just said he wanted to make good on the price he had quoted us…

The two guys who installed it were respectful, professional, efficient, and kind with our ever-inquisitive kids. So thanks, Conly and Valley Air! We were richly blessed to have your help!!!

I recently had a heating system maintenance completed, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. The technician arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. He was clearly knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was checking and why, without overwhelming me with jargon.

He was easy to talk to and very personable, making the entire appointment comfortable and straightforward. Most importantly, he was fair and honest. He did not try to upsell me on unnecessary parts or repairs, which gave me a lot of confidence in his integrity.

It’s refreshing to work with someone who values transparency and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend him and Valley Air Repair for HVAC service.

As for the price, the Receptionist quoted me $89.00 for the heating maintenance service and she later told Mr. Zarate that it was $129.00. She also quote me $189.00 for the annual contract, which I plan to purchase in the fall. I am just worried she is going to come up with a different price when the Technician is in my house. The company is great, I would just encourage the office to ensure consistent and transparent pricing going forward.

Give these guys a call if you have any hvac needs. Called them out when it was freezing and Emilio came out was supper professional and respectful he even took his boots of when he came inside was super quiet and efficient didn't wake our new born up. Very fair pricing will be using till I don't live here anymore.

Absolutely amazing experience with Emilio and his employees at west coast HVAC pros. This is the company to contact if you want fast, efficient and knowledgeable service. I spent 200 dollars with Monarch and all they did was waste my time and quote me 15k for a brand new unit.

West Coast came in and immediately asked good questions and started taking apart the unit in the back yard. They cleaned it and added refrigerant along with checking for any major leaks in the attic - so they actually fixed my issue so I can have a cool summer as opposed to the other companies I contacted. And they did it for a great price and didn’t try to gouge me at all.

I will be calling them and only them in the future if I need any HVAC needs. Couldn’t recommend more.

THE A/C WENT OUT....AND SOMEONE CAME BY THE HOUSE FAST AND THEN TWO MEN CAME OUT AND WHILE I WAS GONE THE HAD A CRANE PUT THE UNIT ON THE ROOF....WHEN I GOT BACK THEY WERE FINISHING UP....CLEANED UP THE AREAS WHERE THEY WORKED....AND SO FAR SO GOOD I KEEP THE HOUSE AT 78 DEGREES...AND ALL IS WELL. BY THE WAY THE CHECK IS IN THE MAIL TOMORROW....GEORGE B. FEIST ON MALSBARY....FRESNO.
