I called VAR to get a quote for a replacement AC unit as mine was going to cost over $2000 to fix. Simon came out and was able to get the work needed warrantied. He actually cost his company the cost of a new unit sale, that level of honesty unheard of these days. I saved $10,000 thanks to VAR and will be a lifelong customer from here on out. Matt came out to diagnose my heater, took his time to make sure we replaced the right part...which he did. Offered to come back after hours to make the repair since he knew our furnace was out. Cleaned up the area after he was done, highly recommend.

I obtained several estimates on replacing my AC before deciding on VAR based upon the thorough explanation from Steve, very competitive pricing, as well as excellent references from my neighbor who had used them in the past. My house is older and all the duct work needed to be replaced as well. I felt I was well advised by Steve on how best to proceed. The installation done by Jeromy and Francisco was prompt, professional, neat, and I have to say it was a pleasure having them in my home for a few days. (They even helped me with my new puppy's accidents!)
I also had solar tubes installed in the roof to add ambient lighting and they did an outstanding job with the placement and installation.
I recommend them without reservation.

VAR has taken care of our HVAC needs for several years now. Recently, our AC went out at 8pm on a Friday night, in the middle of the hottest heat wave of the summer. I called the after hours answering service, and within 10 minutes had a call back from VAR saying the technician would be out first thing Saturday morning. Eddie came out the next morning and replaced our blown capacitor and we were back up and running! He was so professional and helpful! I can’t say enough positive things about his service. I highly recommend VAR for any HVAC repairs and maintenance! Thank you so much for sending Eddie out on a weekend to save us from this heat!!

Matt Bilodeau (service Tech) is the best. He is very honest with the diagnosis. His service was excellent.That's a tough job that he had to climb up to the 2 story high building to look at the air cond for me in the weather of 106 degree F. He did an excellent job in repairing my air cond. The air cond worked right away after his repair. He also checked the temperature of the air blow out from the air cond after repair. It was 20 degree less right after he fixed it. My air cond is working again, nice and cool. I am extremely happy with his service.
Ann at the office was also good for customer service. Valley Air is definitely a reliable company with good and honest employees. Highly recommended !

Our heating unit was acting up a few weeks ago (during December). So we acted quickly and called VAR for an inspection of our unit. They responded and came out right away. Nothing major had gone wrong, just some cleaning of a small part. No more issues since then.

I appreciated their honesty and knowledge, and didnt get scammed for uncessory work needed. We are very satisfied and recommend this company.

Just had our Fall check up on our HVAC unit earlier today. The technician Eddie was great! Super polite, respectful, and just a great attitude. He took the time to really explain everything well and answer all my questions. I appreciate his input for keeping our HVAC system safe and energy efficient for our home. Until we went with Valley air conditioning we had suffered with our AC unit not being able to cool off this house, even though we had it serviced yearly by another air conditioning company. Valley Air found the leak, and thanks to the technician Matt Bilodeau our house finally is cooling nicely. Matt was professional, informative, and really nice. I highly recommend this company.

I had my unit diagnosed in February and was the control board that needed replacing. The company that came out first gave me a quote and had the part right then. I waited a little bit and had this company come out. I informed them that I had the diagnosis and just needed it to get fixed. The tech did another diagnostic and told me the same thing I had told him. He charged me the $69 and didnt have the part nor could he give me a quote. I took the day off assuming they were like the other company and were able to fix it the same day. Now, I'm having to wait for them to find the part, give me a quote and schedule someone to come out to install it. It's only been about an hour and a half and Simon reached out to me. He was able to get the part needed and will be out shortly to replace it. They definitely want to take care of their customers. Thank you Simon!

After purchasing our first home my husband and I wanted to get the AC serviced. We scheduled an appointment and Valley Air was able to squeeze us in to ensure the appointment worked with our escrow closing date.

Ok this is the best company in the VALLEY!!!

I had issues with my ac unit turning on but then the ac inside would not blow air. PRIOR to them another company basically told me I needed to buy a whole new unit. I was sent out to find a new company and get a second quote (mind you I did loose time and money cutting my losses with this other company)

I found VALLEY AIR on Google. So I called for an appt they were able to get me in within the week. Anthony came by and he was very kind and informative. He said we needed to replace a part. A part was ordered and then a second visit was Joseph. He installed the new part. He worked quick, efficient, and answered all my questions. He rechecked the unit with his gadgets and he said it should be working!!! I'm so happy with the service!!! The service fee was affordable, the lowest in town!!! The work that was done was in a timely manner and very efficient. Everyone should call this company, great prices and great staff!!! Let's keep them in business, support Local Companies!!!

I love this company! They do maintenance service for our HVAC units twice a year and also have made repairs. They are always able to diagnose and fix any issues right away. Matt did our recent service and was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Since our unit was old and outdated I requested an estimate to replace it. Simon, the General Manager, was also professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The unit was installed yesterday by 2 men (sorry, didn't get their names) who were professional, friendly, courteous and did a fantastic job. I'm extremely happy with my new HVAC system and highly recommend this company for any of your A/C or Heating needs!
