I can’t express how pleased I am with the service that I received from Mechanical Air. Last night the air conditioner stopped working and the room was 81°. I called Mechanical Air at about 930 last night, there was a service tech here by 10:30 told me what the problem was. The pot was ordered and was installed today before noon. I am very grateful for your final excellence service.

I hired Mechanical air to replace my air conditioning system. The team that came out was fast and very professional. The office girl Amy was nice and made sure to answer all of my questions. I will be calling them for all of my hvac needs.

Mechanical air was called out to repair the heater. Technician came out and diagnosed problem. Parts were ordered and the unit operational next day. Diagnosis was accurate and unit is working great. Technician was very professional. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone

He explained what he was doing throughout the maintenance process and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left. They were great through the process of getting a new heat pump a/c unit on my house. Great service, good price, easy to get ahold of when necessary, and they saw through the permitting process until it was finished. They have been very helpful with helping me apply for a State of CA rebate on the heat pump, which is a long application process, and not all contractors can or will do that. Whether the state will finally come through with the rebate remains to be seen, but Thomas and Phonesee have been great on the a/c side and working with me to get the rebate. And I really like the heat pump a/c--it works like a dream, and I don't have solar but so far (July-Oct) it seems to have saved me at least 10 percent on cooling.

From the 1st conversation to the completed job , i cannot say enough positive things about Mechanical Air. They were fair with pricing, informative about the how, why and what needed to be done. They left no questions unanswered . I trusted them without hesitation . They were very educational about everything and offered a wide range of options to complete the job. The patience they gave while having to make this rather costly decision , made everything painless. They were prompt with texting, phone calls and addressed every single issue i had. Not to mention -ON TIME & gave me a heads up when they were on their way. The communication was nothing short of reassuring . I appreciate the professionalism each one of their employees showed while on the job, in my home for 2 full days. They were polite . They left the job site cleaner than how they arrived . I had an AC company before , but, clearly i have a new one ! They were wonderful. Every one of them .

We are going on 2 years of being serviced by Mechanical Air and it’s been great. Customer service is great and they do their best to be out as soon as possible. Their prices are reasonable and affordable depending the issue. Thomas has been the owner/tech servicing our unit and has done an outstanding job thus far. We totally recommend them very friendly and definitely know what they are doing.

This group is GREAT! The unit has worked flawlessly for two years now. Mechanical Air has stayed in touch and followed up with every concern or question I have had. Mario Rodriguez, from Mechanical Air, was assigned to my residence this morning and let me tell you…what an outstanding job! He was able to listen to my questions and respond to them with complete understanding and knowledge. He was professional in his duties and arrived exactly at the time he stated. I’m so excited about this company that I even already recommended them to my family members! I can’t say enough about Mechanical Air, I’m so glad that I chose them to attend to my HVAC needs!

As a new homeowner who has never lived in a house with central air conditioning before, I had absolutely no idea what I was doing or even what I should be doing to maintain the system properly. My only experience with cooling systems had been with swamp coolers, so this was all new territory for me.

When Thomas from Mechanical Air came out, I was honestly expecting to be treated like I was dumb, slow or just made to feel embarrassed for not even knowing the basics like what brand my system was or how old it might be. But Thomas showed up and was the complete opposite of that.

He was extremely patient with me, answered every single one of my questions (and there were a lot), and did so without being overly technical or confusing. He explained things in a way that made sense and helped me feel confident in understanding how my system works. Most importantly, he never not once made me feel dumb for not knowing anything about something I truly appreciated that more than I can say.

Thomas showed up exactly on time both times he came out and was professional, polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable. After rinsing off all the dust and dirt that had accumulated for honestly who knows how long he preformed a full diagnostic on the electrical components of the unit and had determined that the fan motor was on its way out then explained that this issue could cause serious damage if left unaddressed especially with Fresno’s summer heatwaves right around the corner.

What really stood out to me was that he never pressured me to make a decision on the spot. Instead, he clearly laid out all the facts, explained the risks, gave me the pricing I could expect to pay then told me about the membership program that would help save money long-term by including two seasonal tune-ups per year as well as the discount on the part I needed so I decided to sign up for the membership that same day and told him I would need to save up for the motor replacement.

Well, today was the day! I called yesterday to schedule the repair, and this morning Thomas arrived right on time, called when he was outside then got right to work. Within minutes, the new part was installed, the system was up and running, and the difference was immediately felt In fact, my mom texted me and asked if we could turn it off now because she was freezing! 🥶that’s how much better it was working!

Thanks to Thomas and Mechanical Air, we feel confident, informed, and fully prepared to survive the summer. We couldn’t be happier with the level of service we received. I highly recommend signing up for the yearly membership with this company and if you get Thomas, consider yourself lucky! Because you’re in good hands

He heard our HVAC issue and quickly went to work. He explained to us in detail what was going on and what he did to fix it. Valley air has kept our 13 year old unit running like new with ongoing preventive maintenance and by cleaning out the heat exchanger. Their dispatcher is always friendly and works around my complicated schedule. Their technicians are the friendliest and most well mannered contractors I have ever used. I won’t go ANYWHERE ELSE!

My service was excellent and valley air conditioning does not price gouge. Their price was nearly $10,000 per trane unit than my other quotes. Their customer service is excellant as well.
