The Specialized Air team is the best! We have 2 units and when our much older unit finally died on us, we received a very competitive proposal. We were already previous customers for their maintenance, and they had kept that 30+ year old heat pump alive for us for two years! I am so very thankful for Specialized Air.
David, Greg, Mark and Ben were amazing. My a/c was out for 3 days, which each were 100 degree days.
I called on Monday morning at 0800 and Mark arrived at my house at 1000 and by noon had it working again. Then the next week they returned to double check the leak I had and it was successfully closed. What a relief

This company did an excellent job! I had two issues, not blowing cold air was one and they diagnosed it right off the bat. The second issue we had been dealing with for years, other companies couldn’t figure out the problem. This company diagnosed it within a few minutes, corrected it and now my air works normally!
