The owner Jerry, is very professional and honest. We got three quotes to replace both of our air conditioning and heating units. Universal Heating and Air Conditioning beat the other two quotes by a significant amount. He didn't try to convince us to replace our ducting. Instead he offered to straighten it out and make the current ducting more efficient. This saved us unnecessary expense that the other companies did included in their quotes. Saving us over 10K on ducting we didn't need. He now does our maintenance twice a year as well. We couldn't be happier with our choice to go with Universal Heating and Air Conditioning. If you want to do business with an honest person and get a fair price, there is no need to go anywhere else.
