Marco was thorough in his work - inspecting the unit and asking questions before starting actual work. He was knowledgeable and took care of the issue. A/C is working ok now (after 1 hour). Heather, in their office, is awesome too - courteous and efficient!

Would give 5 stars if issue does not arise again — will have to wait a day or two to confirm.

I’ve had nothing but a great experience with Anytime Hearing and Cooling. They have a team of professionals that are always attentive with keeping you up to date and ready to answer your call. They stand by their promise in providing emergency service. Living in the Central Valley, we cannot afford to be without cooling when the weather is above 100 degrees. I definitely recommend you give them a try.

LHG (Liberty Home Guard) is our insurance provider and it took them 5 months to get our problem diagnosed and fixed. We went through Any Time Heating and Cooling plus several others during this time. The only thing needed was to replace the heating unit, an hour job!!! In all fairness to Any Time they had to follow up on the visits of the other HVAC companies involved. One of those contacted wanted to replace the entire heating/cooling system for an out of pocket cost of $13,000.00! Needless to say we are cancelling the remaining 5 years on our contract with LHG.

The A/C was out at our church last Saturday. The temp was 90 degrees in the building and we had a memorial service at 10:30 that morning. Rommell answered his phone at 6:15am and was there by 8am. He got our unit fixed and saved the day! We are so grateful.

Very attentive and care about the quality of their work. Rommel is very knowledgeable and ensured that our unit was functioning accordingly, and even scheduled a follow up during this heat wave for preventative measure. 10/10 customer service, 10/10 would recommend.

Juan is the name of the tech that came to my house. He is very honest, did what only needed to be done, and not trying to sell you costly service that your AC does not need. Will definitely recommend, and use their service again in the future.

Juan and Rommel came and replaced our compressor, wich was not an easy find , in a few hours and got us back up and cooling in no time!! ANYTIME I need a A/C to for me of my family I will give them a call!! The best in Fresno!!

Great experience with Anytime Heating and Cooling. The entire team who serviced my air conditioner went above and beyond. They found a leak, which required new parts and a ton of manual labor to repair. The team got the parts in no time and made the repair incredibly fast. They also changed out filters and repaired some odds and ends that were found along the way. They were respectful and kept me informed with every step—incredibly professional work. I’ve worked with a lot of HVAC companies over the years, but Anytime H&C is now at the top of that list. They’ve earned my business from now on! Would highly recommend.

I have learned something from the technician Rommel. I was able to contact the previous company to share solution of my issue with them. I did not have to have two breakers replaced. Just move them a certain way and it reset itself. My air came on. I only trust them and share them with everyone.

They tried to charge me $320 to replace a $2 capacitor. And did not communicate with me about the repair. They though I was the landlord and therefor could just rip me off. They are coming in the morning to take their part back off and hopefully don't damage my unit

I called anytime or maybe messaged haha. They answered pretty quickly even for it being a holiday week/weekend. They can out the following Monday & fixed a part on my heater quickly. I was shocked by cost of the part but I guess that’s how much things are now a days. I would use them again. The two techs that came to my home were very nice & even though I told them to just come in when they needed to check something inside the home they still asked if it was ok. They made the experience nice. Wish I knew their names so I could let them know how great they were.
