After searching all over town and calling various businesses none of which helped and one that charged us for the estimate we found PRECISION AIRE. Daniel came out and fixed our ac unit fast and gave us a really great deal. He really helped us out by giving us a great deal. Definitely must go with precision aire in the future and recommend them to any one looking for great service and reasonable pricing

Whenever you contact a tradesman to do any kind of service in your home you always hope for the experience we had with Precision Aire, but you rarely get it.

We moved into our new home in July 2013. Well, since the house was built in 1948, it wasn't new, just new to us. The very first day we realized there was a serious problem with the air conditioning. We had a home inspection, and the inspector gave a clean bill of health to our HVAC system, but it was clear he missed something. After a number of attempted remedies, we ultimately realized that the ducting was in very bad shape. It was clear that it all needed to be replaced. We wanted to make sure that we were well-informed, diligent consumers so in October 2013 we contacted three companies to give us quotes.

Daniel, I believe the owner of Precision Aire, was one of the three people who came out to quote the work. He was very friendly without losing any sense of professionalism. He was thorough and freely shared his knowledge with us. In fact he gave us information that was helpful in normalizing the three quotes we received. I found it quite telling that Daniel never once attempted to get our work by saying anything derogatory about the other vendors we were considering. I wish I could say that was true from all of the companies who quoted our work.

We decided to go with Precision Aire. Throughout the process of scheduling the work, we were in regular communication with Daniel and the office. They were very accommodating with us and were willing to work with our schedule.

For some reason when the air conditioning was initially installed - who knows how many decades ago - there was no vent put in the kitchen. You can imagine how hot the kitchen would get in the summer without any air-conditioning. Daniel installed a vent in the kitchen at no additional charge. I believe that this is a perfect example of the commitment that Daniel and Precision Aire have to the quality of their work and to ensuring high customer satisfaction.

As I write this review, it hasn't even been two months since we had the ductwork installed. Clearly we haven't had a chance to try it out during the hot summer months, but we were able to tell immediately that the airflow has increased easily tenfold. Just this past week we turned on the heater for the first time for a couple of hours and it warmed the house very quickly.

We found that every person at Precision Aire with whom we interacted was friendly, professional, and helpful. They explained thoroughly all the materials they were planning to use and how they were going to configure the system. They kept us informed during each step of the process, and when we asked for a computer-generated, more detailed invoice when they were completed, they promised to provide it.

I am so delighted that we chose Precision Aire to replace our ductwork. Given the age of our HVAC equipment, we will no doubt need to replace it within the next year or two. We will definitely be looking to Precision Aire when the time comes.

Unfortunately 20 minutes after he left it started blowing hot air again.
We called Daniel and he came right back.
Got right back up there and put in another motor.
We really hope this one works.

We had prior experience with Precision installing coils and were delighted at the service and work performed. Daniel is an excellent contact person. Now they are replacing our condenser-we’re thrilled with the prompt service and quick response.

We had our a/c replaced by our home warranty, and Dan with Precision Aire did the work. Less than 5 years later, the a/c stopped working. We called a different a\c company to check it (we wasn't happy with the service originally from Precision Aire since they failed to replace the insulation in our down draft) they said the coil had a leak and we should call the company who installed the a\c and turn it in for the manufacturer warranty. So, we called Dan. After looking at the a\c over, he practically ran to his truck saying "call someone else." No explanation, no service. I called to talk to him, asking for an explanation, and he hung up on me. Then, he sent me a text accusing me of being hostile and said he would call the authorities on me. My belief is that Dan doesn't want to do warranty work where he can't mark up the products.

I needed a whole new HVAC unit and Precision Aire was very helpful in dealing with my home warranty company, which was not an easy task. Nice new working unit installed.

We had a wonderful experience with this company.They installed a new HVAC system for us it was a big job because we own a 2 story house and the unit sits on the roof. These guys are very professional and hard working. My AC/ FURNACE was installed on August 3, 2023. When it got cold, they reached out to me to make sure my heater was working properly. That is great customer service, most companies would wait till you call with a problem.

Precision Aire was great! I was calling around to a lot of vendors asking what their service fee was, trying to get someone out to the property as soon as possible and Daniel was quick and had no trip/service fee. He worked with me on the price and we got the job done. Our company will definitely use Precision Aire again.

I've used Precision Aire for over 4 years at my house and rentals. Daniel and his team have always been responsive. He did a total system replacement for me with a super efficient unit. prior to that he kept my old system alive but eventually it made more sense to just replace with a newer better unit. I could probably turn
my house into a refrigerator if I wanted to the system is so Good.

Daniel came out to fix my air conditioning, he came out the next day of calling. He gave me a call when he was on his way, he ended up beating me back to my house but was super chill about it and waited for me to get there. Once he saw the air conditioning, I don't think out was even 10 minutes and he was all done, the problem was fixed and he was all packed up/ cleaned up. Best air conditioning service I've ever worked with. I'm going to recommend him to everyone!

We used Precision Aire through our home warranty when our AC went out. Daniel came out promptly and assessed the problem, ordered the new part, and a crew installed the new fan and motor within 2 days. Daniel also came back for a follow up visit when we were experiencing some excess vibration. Again he quickly fixed the problem. Great service!
