We were without air for at that time16 days ! Then we finally got this company to come to fix our air conditioner , but to our disappointment he ( the owner )was to afraid to get up on our roof! This is what he does for a living! And left us hanging in the heat.

A few weeks ago my AC was not blowing cold air, so I called Precision Aire. The owner/tech guy of the company came an hour early. A family member was home so I told her to go ahead and take the appointment early. I was still running errands and couldn't be there yet. Literally, one minute after the tech arrived, the member of my family called me, stating that the tech have told her that our compressor valve is no longer working. Moreover, we'll need to have the entire AC unit replaced for about $3K. I cut my errands short and came home right away. Luckily, the guy was still outside. I talked to him and he gave me the same run down. Diagnostic fee lost, AC still not blowing cold air.

Upon a friend's advice, I called a different company for a second opinion. I made sure I was home so I could follow the tech around and ask questions. The other company's tech came in and told me that there was nothing wrong with the compressor. It was working fine and that according to his gauge readings I was simply out of refrigerant. So he pumped a little in and did a leak search. He found that their was a small leak in the evaporator coils. Replace bad coil and recharge, about $1K. Money saved. Honest job.

Now, our AC is running like a champ. In conclusion, I wonder if Precision Aire was taking advantage of an old women who was home and not mechanically incline. You have been warned. Thanks for reading.

Precision Aire has taken care of our heating and AC units for years. They are professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

Heater stopped working. Precision Aire was prompt and diligent in diagnosing a complex problem, then resolved the issue. Dan, the technician, was cordial and knowledgeable. Precision Aire is my recommendation and will be my “go to” company for all my HVAC needs.

The Service bar none is way Excellent, it was hotter than Hades No much hotter. Michael shows up changes the motor to the AC Unit. And it works like heaven sent relief.
Call Precision AC. They Rock!!!

I used my warranty company and they scheduled these guys for service. The appointment was made and a couple days prior to the appointment someone calls me and they were in front of my door! I've mentioned my appointment was on XYZ day and I like to keep that. On the actual appointment day I got a call from their office that there are busy and need to push my appointment to 3 days later. When they actually show up they didn't bring a ladder to get on my roof. This is after I explain to their office that we need a tall ladder and my unit is on the 2nd floor.

The service guy (Daniel) was super rude and very unprofessional and he claimed to be an owner! I requested a new contractor through the warranty company and don't want to use these guys any longer no matter what!

In short, they are very unprofessional, un knowledgeable and very unorganized.

Absolutely unprofessional company and would never recommend to anyone. Came out on a Friday told me he would call on Monday with an update. Only to not call me or return my calls.Find out almost 5 days after he originally came out that they do not work on carrier air conditioners. Waisted 5 days of my time when he could have said I do not work on carrier or at least call back. I still have not received any return calls from them. Stay away from this business !
Response to owner: completely untrue was not under a “manufacture warranty”. Ended up having just another conditioner company out to repair the part and ask why you had not just repaired the part.
Would recommend taking ownership next time and not make excuses. It would suit you and your business better.

Horrible customer service!!! I had a work order through my warranty company for 2 weeks with no call to schedule. I had to have the warranty company call to schedule because the business doesn't answer their phones or return messages. I had an appointment scheduled the following week but I received a text in the middle of the appointment window from Daniel saying he couldn't make it out that day and we could try again the next day. I text him back and called multiple times. No answer. I called the business line. No answer. Why contract with a warranty company if you don't want the work?!
