Dazhon came to diagnose our taankless water heater, which has been having some issues igniting recently. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He did a great job of explaining things, including what he though the issues may be, but he reached out to the manufacturer's customer service just to make sure. I'm grateful to Dazhon and the entire Balanced Comfort Team!

We smelled something burning when the heater came on!?!?
We called Balanced Comfort and they sent Jovonny, he came as soon as he could. Kept great communication. Got here and got right to work. He was very through. Very courteous and informative. He checked everything he could and gave us the bad news that our AC has seen better days.
He gave us lots of choices to think about.
We really appreciate him!

Balanced Comfort had cleaned my tankless water heaters in Sept 2024. I month later when I was putting things back into the exterior closet, I noticed a strong propane odor. Balanced Comfort sent their tech out THE SAME DAY to check. Turns out, I DID have some leak. Tech tightened connectors and was very thorough and jovial. He even gave me a brochure for a filtration system - as I had mentioned some water issues. Just happy to have the leak resolved. 😉

Service Tech, Adam, was fantastic. Very thorough, kept us informed of things during the entire service appointment.
TWO STARS = Balanced Comfort local/corporate office. I’ve signed up for yearly service for four years now. This year they tried to sign me up before my second service was completed. Stated my home was serviced on 9/28 (Sunday). Yeah - they done work on Sundays. Great techs - be wary and diligent in dealing with the corporate office.

I called Balanced Comfort for some plumbing repair in the kitchen. Great service. Dazhon was on time, efficient, a good communicator, and left the work area clean. He was a pleasure to work with.

On the scheduling end, I would have rather left a voicemail and waited to hear back from someone rather than deal with the AI scheduler, it is still a little disconcerting, maybe I should have just booked online or not called during the lunch hour.

Storm and Isaiah did a great job. I had a major blockage in my plumbing under my shower and it required some excavation outside. House was built in 1952 and all my pipe was cast, the P trap under the shower was clogged with demo materials (tile, concrete, dirt), there was no way of clearing it without digging it up. They explained everything they were going to do and replaced essentially every single piece of cast iron pipe under our shower & vanity sink with new ABS (roughly 20ft and some of pipe) and installed 2 separate clean outs so the issue never happens again. The work area they dug up was a pretty big pile of dirt and they cleaned it up better than they found it. They also cleaned the shower pan that had gotten dirty because of the clog. Great job.
Money well spent. Also shout out to Demetrius on the initial service for getting the process started and convincing me to spend a little more for peace of mind and avoid any potential problems in the future. Great service all around.

Our service technician, Brittany, was professional and precise in her explanation of the needed repairs/cost, then asking if we were in agreement to proceed. She completed the repair and the HVAC “tuneup” in a prompt fashion.
In addition, Brittany was personable, making us feel like valued customers. Needless to say, we were most happy with her expertise and customer service, representing Balanced Comfort in a positive light. Because of her, we look forward to having this company provide services at another house that we will soon call home.

After Adam made the necessary repairs, our home felt warm and comfortable again. It’s such a relief to have a reliable heating system ready for the cold days ahead! Carlos Rodriguez was the young man who came to fix my “dead” heater today and he did an excellent job. He was courteous and knowledgeable and explained everything he found, along with my options for completing the repair. I wound up needing a new fuse for the heater and thermostat and Carlos made sure my new app was loaded for the thermostat and my heating schedule was set up before he left. I would definitely recommend him. Thanks Carlos!

I’m very impressed with the HVAC repair service I received today. The technician, Thomas Carroll a.k.a Tommy communicated everything step-by-step and made sure I understood the problem. He took pictures, showed me the parts that needed replacement, and was completely transparent throughout the process. What I appreciated most was that he honored my coupon even after providing the quote. Excellent customer service, honest pricing, and great professionalism. Highly recommend!”

Our tech guys were very nice. Had to have all the water pipes switched out in our 1960s home. Job took way longer than expected and we were left with things to repair ourselves. They had to stay until 10:24pm the second night just to make sure we had water. Before they left we had to have them turn some back off due to leaks and then we found more water leaking from another site after they were gone. Hope other customers are good at drywall work after they leave. These pictures are all from their completed work. And not so sure the new fixtures in the tub should be wiggly 🙁-too bad we didn’t find that until after hubby redid the drywall. Not real sure it should have cost over $16k but at least we can take a hot shower now🤣
