Im extremely satisfied Nagare's AC. This is a family owned business and they truly care about what they do. Our 20 year old unit needed to be replaced, the owner came out and gave me great information and didn't push the most expensive solution as so many do. We purchased a new unit from them, from our first meeting, through the installation process this company has provide excellent service at a very reasonable price. The install crew were very knowledgable and polite, I will continue to use them for service. My experience with this company has been five star all the way.

Johnnie called me this morning telling me he was ahead of schedule and that he could service my house early. I really appreciated that communication. He came and got my unit investigated and serviced. I love the small companies that take so much pride and don’t try to oversell you when they see an older system. He’s already done and went the extra mile to help me change the filters inside. Highly recommend.

We live in an apartment and Johnny came by one day to fix our upstairs neighbors unit just to find out that ours was broken, not theirs. He "fixes" the issue but tells me that if the fan doesn't turn on when we use our AC, get in touch with them. He's written down the parts that would need to be ordered if we need their services again. Later that night, our unit fan doesn't turn on. Did he really fix it then?

The next day, 2 different men come by in the afternoon to look at the unit so they can note what parts to order. Why not just get the notes from Johnny? Beats me. They tell me they'll be back later that afternoon or the next day, which is Friday. Friday evening approaches and still no contact from them or apartment maintenance. I call our manager and she says they'll be by on Monday. All weekend, no AC. Monday comes along, still nothing. I call our manager in the later afternoon, she gets in touch with Nagare and they said the parts they ordered for us got delivered to the wrong address. They have to reorder and they'll be by the next day, Tuesday. They don't come until Wednesday... Almost a whole week later...

Nonetheless, Johnny was the most helpful. He's the one that came back to actually fix our unit and to make sure that it was working properly. He was very friendly the whole time.

Thomas Carroll came out for a diagnostic on our heater. He was very helpful and friendly and explained everything in detail, so it was easy to understand the problems. He also explained the options for repair. Very helpful

Tommy Carrol performed the winter service on both our Bosch heat pump systems. He explained everything, shared photos, and answered questions. There were no problems with the equipment and Tommy was both helpful and professional.

met another rockstar from Balanced Comfort today, Tommy Carroll👏👏👏showed up to help us with the bunk HVAC unit sold to us by another company…diagnosed the issue, went over things with me, went to get the part and now it’s working again.

I think Elvis Presley called that “TCB”, taking care of business and I appreciate the professionalism so very much!

Carlos was amazing in his attitude and effectiveness of fixing the problem. He was very complete with his assessment before a quote was offered. He was actually a secondary opinion for the problem we were experiencing, the original quote I received was to do a ‘band-aid’ for over $3000 and was suggested a complete new system of up to 20k.
Carlos shook his head after hearing this and repaired the system for 2k.
The initial company was a long time local ….. the tech left his tools on my garbage cans…….

Brittany was on time and careful. She covered her shoes before entering my house. She forgot however to turn my furnace back on and left me no heat for 3 days. It was an honest mistake, it makes me hesitate about letting workers into my house. Double check before they leave.

James did a great job and was thorough. He was mindful to wear the plastic boot covers. He was informative and patient. Would recommend the maintenance plan.

Carlos was prompt and friendly. He explained exactly what he was doing, what he looking for and was very thorough. He rebooted our system and cleaned the sensors on the furnace. I appreciated his professionalism and thoroughness.

Was able to have someone come write an estimate the same day I called. Demetrius arrived on time and thoroughly explained what our issues are and how to fix it. Reasonably priced!

Dean was absolutely amazing. She did a great job. She thoroughly explained everything to us. She even informed us of the new owner. I highly recommend her and highly hope I get her back whenever I have maintenance.

I had a great experience with this company regarding our water heater. Antonio replaced it and within an hour we had hot water with no issues. I would highly recommend this company.

Brittany and her partner were awesome! they cleaned the AC/Heat blower and air ducts/vents and left my home clean. They were friendly and professional and left my equipment functioning at peak efficiency and performance!
