Wonderful, fast, honest company! I’m glad I called them with my horror story about the estimate I received from another company. They were reasonable, and professional. The estimate they gave was less than half what I received from the other company. They came the next day to Coarsegold and completed the job. I highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend! This is my second time using Just Air Heating and Cooling! My technician, Francisco arrived on time and was professional and courteous! He wore shoe cover's from the minute He walked in. He did the whole inspection of my HVAC and gave me the diagnostic of what he did! I will see them in the summer to make sure all is good when it's time to use the air conditioner once again!!

Marco was on time and got right to work. He listened to our concerns and what we tried and was able to quickly find and fix the problem. He checked other things, too and even cleaned our filters.We asked about maintenance agreements and he informed us, but by no means high pressure up sale. Nice, polite, young man who cleaned up after himself and left a favorable impression for his company.

Our A/C unit was having problems at the beginning of summer time and we couldn't get anybody to come out and fix it when we needed it the most, but I got a hold of Lance Curtis from Just Air Heating & Cooling and he took care of us right away. I waited about five weeks to see if any problems would reoccur before I wrote a review and there have been no problems since. Everything is working just fine. If you are using problems with your unit, give Just Air Heating & Cooling a call and ask for Lance.

The initial analysis by Jaime and Marcus was correct. Marcus returned and performed the repair and helped identify a roof issue. He was very thorough and helpful. Molly went the extra mile on the phone to explain that your company had a different culture when I described my experiences with several other companies, regarding thermostat replacements in particular. Jessie was easy to work with when she called and explained that there was a glitch in the system and she still needed my approval for the final payment.

Quick service, quickly determined the problem of our heating system failure, picked up the replacement parts and returned to complete the service. The technicians are top notch. They put on shoe covers when entering the house and covered the carpet where they were working. They also thoroughly inspected the system after installing the defective parts. The work was top notch, the employees at both the front office and the technicians were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They communicated well, keeping me informed as to the progress as well as the expected costs. I asked for a quote to convert our gas heating to electric heating to take greater advantage of our solar installation. The owner is preparing a plan that will include different options and costs relating to efficiency. Definitely will use their services again.

Francisco was great. He explained everything to me and offered his advice on maintaining the heater. He also suggested a type of carbon monoxide sensor that I did not know about. He was very professional and was friendly and easy to speak with. I highly recommend Just Air Heating and Cooling.

I accidentally found Just Air during a Google search to get a 2nd & 3rd opinion regarding my ducting & I wanted to learn more regarding heat pumps.
Molly was very knowledgeable and helpful setting up my meeting with Jaime and then my follow up appointment to have my HVAC serviced and return duct upsized! She was just so kind and personable!!
Jaime was honest, patient, and helpful in assessing my ducting and explaining what was needed. He was also available to discuss an error with parts ordered for my service and was quick to find a resolution.
Marco completed my services and answered all my questions so that I could make informed decisions and properly care for my HVAC moving forward. Very professional and knowledgeable!! Thank you Marco!!!

The technicians and installers were great, exceptionally detailed orientated and very clean. The job sire was safe and clear. The work done with minimal disruptions.

It was my first time contacting and using the services of Just Air Heating & Cooling company. Francisco was assigned to perform the service at my house. I must say, Francisco is absolutely professional and courteous. He inspected and serviced my AC in detail. He explained all the information to me in plain and simple English. Most of all he made friends with my golden doodle although she was constantly barking at him. 🤦🤦. I am so happy to have found this company for today and future services. I will also recommend them to friends and family.
