Unprofessional, sloppy, immediately after doing preventative care we had unit problems. Used them for 20+ years but they've gotten so bad were calling elsewhere.

JC Melton did a good job so it seems but it took too long to get the part. I was without air conditioning for 4 nights during a heat wave. This was after the problem was evaluated by Melton.

Great family owned company with awesome office staff and knowledgeable and trustworthy technicians.

I received an estimate from Melton for a new A/C-Heater as I was told the old one I had was irreparable, which was confirmed by another repairman. Melton's estimate for a new unit, installed with a crane, was $8960. I went to another contractor who I purchased the exact same unit from as Melton quoted me. Installed, out the door, was $3500. Go figure.

Your customer service is outstanding. Had a regular service call and that night one unit did not work. Called the next morning and your man was out and fixed the problem. It was the PG&E smart box on the a/c unit that shorted out your man got us up and running. Thanks again for your great customer service

Sergio and Chris, were extremely professional, polite, respectful, efficient, and proficient. Sergio let us know when they arrived to work and when they would be leaving which eliminated any guessing games. They listened to any concerns we had that pertained to the job. They also wore masked inside. We highly recommend them!

We have been using JC Melton for 20 years and they have never let us down. Quick, efficient, and above all honest. We are sure that all of the JC crew are professional, but we always request, if available, Jacob for all of our needs.

Complete install including new ductwork. Very easy to understand, informative, no hard upsell, super competitive actually got more for my money, and they pointed out additions and included that made me wonder why the other companies never mentioned although very important to a great install vs one with inconveniences.
I am positive no one is going to take care of you better!
I have no relation, not even familiar with them previously , but SO GLAD I found them!

I needed some crazy custom flashing done for a roof project I’m working on. Tom was very helpful and within 5 minutes he had drawn exactly what I needed. Not only that, but the next day my flashing was finished. Cut and bent perfectly. I would recommend Tom and his crew to anyone who needs sheet metal or HVAC work done.

Melton air-conditioning redid all of our ducting it was complicated we needed to do a special filtration system for reducing pollen and dust. they did a wonderful job they were professional They’re employees were respectful. They were timely and clean. I would highly recommend this company for any air-conditioning, heating and ductwork.

Our AC unit went down the night before a 105+ day! Yikes, we called Meltons AC but could only get an appointment for 5 days out but then we got a break and Thomas came at 8:15 am on Saturday! He was very professional, polite and got to the reason quickly. Fortunately he had the part on hi truck and repaired the condenser unit. He checked and cleaned the unit and our AC was working again!!! Thank you Thomas!
We had Meltons fix our unit in the attic back in 2014 also. We will be Melton AC customers for a long time!

My wife and I have been customers since the early 1980's. We have found them to be people of their word throughout this time. Their service people are polite, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. In this day and age it is nice to be able to experience this level of comfort with a business.

I purchased my A/C and evaporative cooler through JC. Did a wonderful job and I have had it serviced every year. The tech is timely and explains the service, cost of parts, etc very well. You do not need to be home for the service, but I prefer to be present. They also offer a fall service that you need to sign up and pay for. I am doing that this year for the first time.

We are genuinely thankful for JC Melton AC!! Finally, our bedroom temperature is under 84°! We've struggled with a hot, dead air bedroom for several years, tried many fixes with no relief. Curt Melton had the answer when no one else did... THANK YOU, Curt!!! Gerardo and Richie are the best! They listened to our struggle and truly cared. They did all they could to help us! I was in need of quality air conditioning repair (as others didn't fix the problem) so gave this company a call. The gals in the office set up an appointment and when I met with the tech he was very knowledgeable and nice to speak with. He diagnosed my issue and repaired it on the spot. I haven't had any issues since! I will be calling them back for any problems I have in the future.

Came out quickly to do a diagnostic. We had dead mice in our attic and he took the time to find them and get them out. Thankful for that! However, he did not tell me that there would be additional charges. I thought he was still doing the diagnostic. While I’m thankful he got the mice out I’m not happy to have to pay way over the diagnostic fee without agreeing to it first.
