for the routine seasonal maintenance 2nd of 2 that we signed up for during the summer when we had an important part replaced.

As expected, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼 was very professional, knowledgeable and I appreciate how he took the time to explain everything to me in detail and didn’t try to rush me into making a decision which is really important to me, there is literally nothing more annoying then when you are trying to weigh the pros and cons of your current situation while also attempting to remember the last known balance of the bottomless money pit of a house repairs and expense account lol and in the middle of doing so having someone who’s not even attempting to hide the fact that’s they are running on the last few fumes of patience they had allocated for this interaction completely shattering any concentration I had managed to scrape up which usually results in me making a decision I shouldn’t have just so I could let them go on about their business when it’s not even supposed to be about them and not at all how your supposed to conduct business.
𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼 Most definitely understood this, once he recommended I hold off on replacing another part that’s going to need replacing until I was in a better position to do so, I felt the pressure I assumed I was under slip away in fact it’s what convinced me into renewing the membership for a 2nd time because I don’t want to have to deal with literally anyone else if it’s not Thomas or 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼 or anyone one else from Mechanical Air that they send to my house I don’t want to hear anything they have to say because I finally feel like we are safe and like we are in good hands knowing it’s not all about bleeding me and family dry it’s never once felt that way it feels a lot like catching up with a family friend who is giving advice to help us get through these difficult times when every time you turn around someone has both their hands out demanding more and even more money it’s scary because we all know what could happen if you don’t do as we are told where we could end up.

Even though It took me awhile to figure out how to Make the payment when I couldn’t find my debit card and began to literally panic and figure out how to transfer the money to my Cash App then to find out I owed Cash App money and of course they went ahead and repaid themselves of course.
All I could say is the patience is strong with this one lol and I’m sure he was probably wondering when I was going to follow through with my review it’s the least I could do I %100 recommend this company and the employees I’ve met so far I can not say enough about these guys but I’ve said enough for now.
