Manny came to help repair our water heater. Very professional and courteous with time. He advised our unit would most likely need more than a service. Much different financial cost than the service fee. I was appreciative that he was not pushy and allowed my wife and I to have a conversation about moving forward with an installation.
Can’t speak much on the service at this time as we’re still making our decision but manny was very informative and friendly.

Called our Lee’s for a HVAC furnace issue. It was easy to schedule the appointment. I received updated notifications of the Tech, David, arrival. He was professional and knowledgeable and provided excellent service. My repair was wrapped up quickly.

Kevin was exceptional, he treated my home like it was his, he was very professional and thorough. He is one of the best Lee’s employees to have worked at my home, kudos to him n Lee’s for hiring someone like him he represents you n his self well, thank you for sending him, please make him my person to do my maintenance, thank you.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Zechariah about moving my gas meter, and I was extremely impressed. He is highly knowledgeable, professional, and communicates clearly and confidently. His expertise made the process easy to understand, and I felt completely at ease. I highly recommend Zechariah for any plumbing needs!

Zechariah was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He repaired our shower handle in minutes, then went above and beyond to walk me through the different plumbing systems (including emergency water shut off) and recommendations to keep in mind for the future. If we have any plumbing issues again, he is our first go to contact.

Our technician “Enrique” was very professional and knowledgeable. Before he left, he arranged to have his supervisor “Juan” come and double check his work because he found a couple of issues affecting our AC unit. His supervisor checked the ductwork and found that the ductwork was original to the house and needed to be replaced and gave us some great monthly payment options.
Both technicians, Enrique and Juan were very thorough and polite and we would recommend Lee’s Air to anyone.

With all the wet weather that we have been having this winter, we had a serious leak in our 23 year old concrete tile roof. The leak was bad enough that rain water streamed down an interior wall of our three car garage. It got to the point where we started setting out buckets to catch the drips. Rain water then began bubbling paint in our front room and staining the ceiling. I purchased tarps in case the ceiling started to give way, which would dump saturated insulation and wall board over our furnishings. I laid awake in bed worrying about our home being destroyed by water, debris, mold and mildew and decided to do something about it. I called Lees at 2 AM and left a message, going over our situation. I was soon put into contact with our Roofing Technician Austin Wohlberg who came out, checked out the roof and went over repair procedures, the materials they use and even finance options. Austin scheduled the work but said they would try to squeeze us in sooner. They ended up getting started on our project about a week ahead of schedule. We met with our project manager Favian Prado. Favian answered all our questions, and was very knowledgeable. The crews arrived early each day, worked late, were very courteous, friendly and cleaned up the work site when they were done. The work done was professional and performed to the highest standard. All in all we had a very positive experience with Lee’s and plan to have them replace our AC system when it’s due. Both Austin and Favian were very easy to communicate with. They both answered texts and phone calls and were always easy to get ahold of. I highly recommend them.

David did a great job of communicating. There were some issues with the first two guys that came out. Seems like they were more sales focused. After a couple of discussions, turns out they were able to cover the repairs under the warranty. I appreciated David’s input throughout his repair process.

We had a great experience with the Manny who checked our water heater and main water line. He was exceptionally professional, explained everything clearly, and took his time to make sure we understood what was going on. He was respectful of our home and very thorough. Truly appreciated his professionalism and would gladly recommend him.

Armando Torres was on time, polite, and very professional. I appreciate his willingness to explain things and to follow up with me if I had any questions. He preformed a winter maintenance on my unit and assured me that it was working properly. I appreciate that Lee's was willing to work around my work schedule.

Dan P was my service tech. He called ahead as a courtesy to let me know he was dispatching to me and provided a timeframe. Once he got here, he was very polite. Dan was diligent with the maintenance service and provided me some options to help my system be more efficient. Explained everything in a way that I could understand. Great customer service and felt like he was very honest with me instead of pushy.

Lee’s prompt response to my request for a leak in my roof was amazing. I had contacted others contractors and they were a no show. Not only did Lees show up, but they did the job completely within two days after talking to them. The project manager was professional friendly and thorough. He explained to me exactly what needed to be done and showed me pictures of the area on my roof that needed to be fixed. He then showed me pictures of the area after the job was complete.
When the job was done, they had done such a great job cleaning up you wouldn’t know there had been roofing boards, paper and nails on the ground when they were tearing off the bad stuff. I was really impressed! I will use Lee’s again when it’s time for our next roofing project.

Manny is incredible!! His customer service and professionalism are impeccable. Although I didn't get the service the company offered, there was no sales pitch or pressure. However, Manny's caring personality really came through when he saw me struggling to lift a television onto its mounting bracket. He, without hesitation, stepped in and gave me some much-needed assistance. Although I didn't use the service this time, due to the professionalism and customer service of Manny during this interaction, Lee's will definitely be my company of choice should the need ever reoccur. I will be referring Lee's to all of my friends and family. Manny, thank you for representing your company in such a positive light. Your actions today gave me hope that excellent customer service isn't a thing of the past.

Employee greeted me with a smile and introduced himself. Discussed what he would do during service of the ac/ heating system. Asked if it was acceptable to do. Wore safety equipment and very careful bringing ladders into home. Mentioned other services available and to contact company for more details if interested. Finished service by removing his equipment and discussed everything that was done. Very pleasant employee.

Outstanding service!! Excellent and thorough check of my HVAC system. Very responsive to questions and concerns. Provided photos and good description of possible cause and effect scenarios. Truly a well trained and knowledgeable service rep. An impressive , genuine person who was a pleasure to work with and learn from. I appreciate the tme and energy he gave to his job. Kevin came out to service my heating and air unit, he is very polite and courteous and I appreciate that he covered his shoes before he entered the house. Kevin did a great job and was very informative about what he saw regarding my unit. I would definitely recommend Lee’s Service to my friends and family!

I contacted Lee’s heating and air conditioning because I had a watermain break at my house. The technician that was sent out Javier Mendoza, to the call was courteous, well mannered, and well spoken. Before he began, he informed me of what their plan of action was and a rough estimate of what the repair would cost. Upon further investigation, it was deemed that the galvanized pipe that was originally used had corroded through in multiple spots. The technician recommended replacing the entire line from the water meter to the main on the house with schedule 80 PVC. The technician was very cautious in digging up the yard, saving as much of the Landscaping as possible, as well as avoid avoiding hitting sprinkler lines, gas lines or powerlines. The crew did a phenomenal job in getting us back up and running with water to the house in a short period of time. I would recommend these plumbing heating and air for any future issues that arise.

Zachary was amazing! My window was 8-10am, he called me at 7:45am to advised his ETA was 20 mins. I was concerned because I work from home and had to support a last-minute project during that time window. I almost canceled but due to the call and I was able to coordinate the when the door would be open. Zachary supported the repair without interrupting, or creating work stoppage for me, he was friendly informative about the diagnostic that was needed .

(For Mary's roof) Lee's Roofing is amazing. Every agent we delt with was proffessional, helpful, and a joy to interact with. They also assisted with resources for financing. The crew was extremely fast and efficient (Our entire roof in 2 days!!!). We thank you very much for the beautiful roof and making this whole experience worry free.

Michael Rojas was a great HVAC technician to work with. He’s friendly, kind and helpful and wants to make sure that you understand all items discussed. Since I am not an HVAC professional, a lot of things pertaining to furnaces and AC units are new concepts to me. Michael made sure to take his time and answer all my questions. I appreciate his hard work and care and making sure our systems work their best so we don’t have any problems when we really need them to work. Thank you, Michael, we appreciate you!
