Maximum Air is positively an accurate description of Jeff’s company. We have lived in our home for 2 years and had 3 other HVAC companies try to sell us very expensive equipment and other alternatives to help get more air flow to our great room with vaulted ceilings. Some things we did but ultimately nothing gave us what was needed which was more air!
Thankfully I heard about Maximum Air and my husband called Jeff and explained the situation over the phone Jeff felt certain he could help us. He did not sell us anything he went up to the attic to work his magic! 30 minutes later we had a breeze blowing in our family room. Jeff has vast knowledge and was able to explain and then solve the issue in 30 minutes after 2 years of sweating it out! 🥵

Working for a property management company they are the only company I will ever use. Maximum Air has the best maintenance team and staff you could ask for. From general maintenance & preventative maintenance to fully replacing units that are far beyond repair, they have always been professional and looking out for the best interest of the one that calls them out.

Had an issue with our heater blowing cold air, contacted Maximum Air and they were very polite and responded quickly. Our technician Victor was very professional and fixed the issue efficiently and explained exactly what was wrong and even went ahead and cleaned up our unit and checked our carbon monoxide alarm. Would recommend to anyone having AC/heater issues and would go back to them again

I was having an issue with my heater, called maximum air, they sent Victor G the same day. Victor got the heater working and checked through out the week to make sure it continued to work. Victor was very patient, professional and explained the problem. I was happy with the service and will continue to use them.

We have used Maximum Air on several of our projects. We need to have HVAC units tested, removed, repaired, and re-installed during our roofing operations. Maximum Air does quality work, at a fair price, and you can count on them to stay on scheduled. They make scheduling a Roofing Project with them easy. We had Victor come to our house to do an estimate. He was very thorough and explained in detail with photos. Excellent job! We appreciated his honesty and kindness. We are looking forward to working with Maximum Air in the future for our repairs.

We had our entire HVAC system replaced as well as a split unit installed in our master bedroom. From start to finish, Jeff and his crew were thorough, communicated spectacularly and just genuinely so polite (like, reallllly polite. They represent their company very well!) Their work is top tier and truly left our space better than they found it. Finding good contractors of any industry can be so nerve-wracking but Jeff and the guys at Maximum Air made the entire process so easy with their knowledge and skills. Tech was friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable but after service was done issue reminds the same. Was recommended a new ac unit before given any repair options given. Spend 2-3 hours charged over $400 bucks and it’s the same

This was the second time James came out for repairs, first for a bathroom faucet problem and then today for a dishwasher leak. Both times he did a great job. He was pleasant and informative.

We had a problem at our home with 105 to 115 degrees temperatures from a heat spell. Balanced Comfort sent out a tech who identified the problem and got us back up and running. They did an AMAZING good job. I was even more impressed with how friendly the workers were and how efficiently the company handled our issue. We decided to join their "Membership Club" because that provides us other valuable services when needed. Check out the picture I took of the temperature NOW going into our home. OMG Amazing!!!

Great response and service. Plumber Demetrius M. was patient and explained everything to us. We had a kitchen drain clog. Will definitely use them again if I have issues.

Humberto was really great to work with. He was very personable and explained the process thoroughly of what he would be doing to diagnose my HVAC issue. It didn’t take him very long to find the solution and he provided me with several options to choose from for repair service. He had all the necessary parts with him and fixed my HVAC within a very short time on that same service call. Thanks again Humberto!

They are so great. They were on time, professional and kind. I really was impressed and highly recommend them! You won’t regret calling them and trusting them with your home. Our original door was warped looking and not sealing. They installed a new outside door for us on our mobile home that was not an easy task to take on and they did a phenomenal job. It’s primed but I haven’t painted it yet so don’t judge their work based on the surface. Thank you Ivan and Jeremiah you did a beautiful job!!! :o)

I highly recommend this company to everyone and yes they are legit. I applied for the PG&E Energy & Weatherization service and less than a month i was contacted by Phonesee who came to my home and checked to see my current appliance (refrigerator & washer) to see if i will be able to qualify for new ones in mines was either old or not functioning as it should be. I was told that I qualify for a new refrigerator. I was scheduled in a few days for the team to come and do what ever work that they See that needed to be done or what needs to be replaced and they just started working on it. I was shocked by how quick they all worked on my home and i like that they are great team player! Thank you so much Yeng Her, Jerimiah, Jose, and Albert! Overall, this business is professional and have a great team that works fast! I have attached photos of the things that was done. Next i will be waiting for a phone call to have the new side by side refrigerator to be install.

Today I had these two men Carlos and Jose come to my home to do some fixing and update with there company I found them through pg&e . They came in and fixed everything so nicely and fast Very friendly people highly recommended them anytime.
