I called Roo’s because two of my friends had just had their AC units replaced by them and highly recommended them to me. I couldn't be happier with my experience with this company. Justin came out within a few hours of my call and went over all the different options with me. Prices and installation procedure were clearly explained. I was concerned about how quickly the work could be done since we were expecting very high temperatures. My big surprise! They came out the very next day, the 4th of July and installed my new unit. I highly recommend this company. They were a pleasure to work with and gave me a price well below what I had been quoted by other companies.

ROO’S Heating and Air Installed a LENNOX Heat Pump package unit and my experience is my tru up bill decreased dramatically to the point that there wasn’t one.

Very positive experience with Roo's A/C. Two tech came in and respectfully introduced themselves. We sat at the kitchen table and John explained to me what they will be doing. I appreciated it. When they were done, they showed me pictures of what was done and again I appreciated the explanations. Both techs were polite and courteous!!

This past week my husband, Carl Maxey, contacted Roos for service for our A/C. Aaron sent a technician out to evaluate our equipment. All personnel were phenomenal and knew exactly what to do. The price was reasonable and they completed the job in one day. We highly recommend this company for your A/C needs.

Contacted Roo's heating and air through Yelp for a free estimate. They were prompt in their response and came out the very next day. Roo's estimate for a replacement hvac system was far lower than other contractors in the area and their service & installation was top notch. I'd highly recommend them for all your hvac needs!

The technician quickly diagnosed the issue I was having with my new smart thermostat. He went straight up to my attic & connected the common wire I needed for my new thermostats. I definitely recommend this company, & will not hesitate to reach out again for any future assistance with my a/c unit!

We called Roos Heating and Air Conditioning on a Saturday because our air conditioner wasn’t putting out cold air. Within one hour, a gentleman came out to assess the problem. Our unit was 23 years old and the compressor shot. We decided to buy a new unit. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that they could install the new unit that day. We had air conditioning by 5:00. I highly recommend Roos Heating and Air Conditioning. They are very professional and got the job done.

Great service! My AC unit went out late Saturday night, and called Roo's on Sunday morning at 7:30am, and put on the service list for 10am -12pm. Cameron arrived at 10:10am and was very polite and professional. Cameron diagnosed my system within the first 15min, and made the necessary repairs to get me up and running. I have a 25 year old unit, so my repair is temporary until we replace our AC unit. Thank you Roo's for your great service.

My parent's 37+ year old air conditioning unit started to make unusual sounds, and we thought that it was time for a total replacement. I reached out to several companies via Yelp and Roo's was one of the first two respond and confirm an early morning appointment the next day.

The manager, Aaron, was prompt upon arrival and in no time, he was able to diagnose that the problem was actually minimal. He only needed to adjust the panel within the unit and shift some of the unit's cables. His experience and knowledge was definitely on display as all that resolved the noise problem. He was very courteous and service-oriented, and did not charge for the visit where we were expecting to potentially need a whole unit replacement. Such honesty is hard to come by these days, and I am so grateful that he was able to take care of my parents! Thank you for the five-star service!

Slow down Mr Roo!! I was going towards Clovis yesterday down 168 driving the speed limit just trying to enjoy a nice little Sunday, when out of the blue here comes a Roo’s Heating and Air truck FLYING down the freeway doing AT LEAST 100 mph!! 100!! How on earth does anyone think that is safe to do let alone on the freeway with other people on it?? I nearly spilled my tea onto my new shirt!! My goodness!! I was rattled! Slow it down sir!!

Technicians were very knowledgeable and experienced! They offered several options and let me know up front what would work best for our home. They finished the job on time and on budget!

Said they need to replace the entire furnace for $8k+ but it only cost me $20 after they left. They also took the door safety switch off the panel door which is dangerous. I would not recommend this company.

We have a commercial walk-in box that went out, and he showed up within an hour on a Sunday to fix the issues. Explained the issue, shared with me photos and made his recommendation.

Had a heat pump installed with my ductwork replaced. They didn't try to upsell me any equipment and instead talked about my choices with me. Very informative and helpful making it less stressful on myself. There was an issue where during the installation of my ductwork, a section of my vent came down. But they were able to apologize, fix it and make it look much better.

Roo’s was amazing, from the first call, the office was very helpful and knowledgeable, the tech that showed up and did my repair was amazing. The last company I used was very sloppy and left trash behind, they cleaned up that trash and fixed everything the previous company didn’t. Hands-down I have a new company for life.

This company was knowledgeable ,techs did all they could to fix existing unit . Rather than just to make a sale for new system, treated very well. Gave me financing options that I was very comfortable with .honest and trustworthy will refer all family members to these guys ,Very thorough on whole process.

This is my first maintenance since this company put in my new HVAC in the spring. They were very easy to work with. Answered all questions. Today was the first maintenance check and everything so far is great. Great people to work with. Great customer service.
