Great phone conversation. Called at the end of the day and she was in no hurry to get me off the phone and answered all my questions.

Bad customer service, I have bought little stuff here before, I tried buying a BreezeAir Cooler once and they said they only sold to installers, yet they've sold me stuff before. Also called on a Brisa cooler they are supposed to provide warranty for since they are the providers of the Free PG&E coolers but they didn't want to offer support, even though manufacturer told me to call them, they said for me to call the company that installed it, which doesn't pick up either.

We have been doing business with FASCO over 50 years. It has grown and only gotten better over the years. Yes they are busy at times, but this is the largest and well stocked wholesale house in the valley.

Bought a swamp cooler for $1000. Hours and hours of work to install it, just to find out it's malfunctioning. Had to take it out and haul it back in to get a new one. Once again, hours and hours of work to put the new one in. New insulation, molding, paint. It worked for like 2 days before suddenly malfunctioning and no longer turning on. Getting our money back at this point will never make up for all the time/energy wasted dealing with them selling us malfunctioning BRAND NEW products.

Fast, friendly, and efficient service! I could not recommend them enough if you are having any heating or AC issues. They diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed everything up for a more than fair price. The service tech Miguel was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process and explained everything. They are my go to and my recommendation to anyone who asks.

Just had the heater serviced on their VIP program and it was another fantastic experience! The techs arrived on time, got the heater cleaned up and ready to go, and explained all they did with detailed explanations and pictures of what was done. Miguel goes above and beyond! I can't recommend them enough and the VIP program is a fantastic deal.

I just had to share my wonderful experience with Fresno heating and cooling. Our technicians today were Miguel and Jose. As always I was impressed by their trustworthiness and knowledge and handling of servicing our heater.
My appointment was handled efficiently and calmly. No upselling. I was shown pictures of my attic and ductwork and insulation. It was a very thorough appointment.

Very punctual, even for me about 45 minutes from fresno. Excellent communication, very professional and knowledgeable. No BS about their work. These guys were awesome! They were quick to come out and see what the issues were. They let me choose when I wanted to schedule the install. It was always about me and what I wanted. Jose was great with getting me what I wanted without pushing me in a different direction. Joey was awesome with getting me a price that was affordable. Absolutely the best service! I called and they were able to take care of all three of my units on the same day, and I live 45 min away from Fresno. Professional staff and very communicative. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
