They sell to the public but know what you want when you go in there they don't want to sell any chimney parts to old units for liability reasons. Want to sell complete set up... Returns are not like normal stores in this day and age they may or may not return items so be sure you no what you need. Calking, and foil tape is considered consumables and will not return even if unopened and still in original packaging. If your a contractor and building new this place is good and can get a lot of good parts and very knowledgeable but not really set up for average people. Just keep that in mind.

Found him Craigslist, after repair hard to believe these reviews, pretty sure FAKE. Please don't waste your hard earned $ and call reputable company, my AC unit broke after his repair not even a month later, the part used didn't work & wasn't even the issue with AC, total waste of money & he never contacted me back to make it right, never honored the so called warranty, he offered, so cost me more money to have it fixed properly and have the real issue fixed.

Bought a new house and AC went out earlier this week. Called this company out and they showed up same day. Professional, transparent and honest. I highly recommend.

I had an issue with my heating and called fred over and he told me the exact time he would be here to try and fix my problem and i gotta say he came on time and ready to go that he got to straight to working on my system and he did a very good job and not only did he also fix my situation but also enlightened me a bit on my system about how it would work. Fred and his guys are great. He answered my call for a broken A/C late at night and came out promptly the next day. He and his team are professional, punctual, efficient, and charge a fair price.

Terrible service, ignore phone calls/text when things go wrong. They installed my AC and gave me a 1 year warranty. AC gave out before the year so I gave him a call, charged me to come out and check. Said it’s my ac is supposed to leak. AC continues blowing hot air so I called him again and he said wrong number and ignored any other calls or texts.

When it comes to having problems with ac, I would recommend calling Fred's Ac repair & Heating. I thought I had a major issue with my my ac unit but it turned out to be such a simple solution and Fred gave me tips on how I can give the ac it's maintenance by my self.

I was pleased that he was on time very efficient He was very transparent and told me exactly what was wrong with my system and what it would cost for repair versus replacement long term short term really appreciated Fred's heating and air conditioning. I would recommend them to anybody
