Gabriel came out to diagnose my ac system. He quickly determined there to be a leak in the Freon line. He made quick work of it, recharged the system with Freon, and got us back in business and ready for summer. Hands down best experience I’ve had with an hvac tech. Will recommend to anyone. We loved our interaction with J’s! So glad we got this recommendation! They saved us from paying a ridiculous amount through another company. Js is a straightforward, no-nonsense kind of company, they know their craft, do a thorough job and charge fair prices. They explained everything about the new heat pump we got installed so well. Recommending them to all our friends and fam and of course they’ll be our go-to for anything heating and cooling.

Not only were they priced the most competitive of the options we looked, but they made some recommendations that I wasn’t aware existed for our set up. Those recommendations are going to result in a much more comfortable and less expensive (in terms of utility bills) summer for us. The sales person was courteous and patient and the employees who arrived at our home to do The work were an absolute pleasure to interact with at every phase of the process. They kept us informed, and were always incredibly respectful and courteous with any interactions that we had.

During the process it was discovered that one option we had discussed didn’t need to be done, and even though I never asked if they adjusted the bill downward by a fairly significant amount to accommodate. I would’ve never known the difference, but I admire any company that goes to those lengths to take care of their clients and ensure their pricing is fair. I would recommend and use this company again. They have gained a loyal customer for life. While I don’t anticipate needing another HVAC system anytime soon, this will be the company I will call for Maintenance every time!

Just had my HVAC serviced by Johnny! He was very polite and answered all the questions I had. He arrived right on time as soon as I made the call he was here within 30 minutes. He got to working fast and found the issue and got it fixed and cooling within an hour and the prices are super fair.

To start off I want to give a big thank you to Adella, Josh, Joey and their crews! I had a new AC unit installed and every step of the process was outstanding. They handled everything for me and made it really easy. I called them one day at around 12pm and Joey was able to go down and pull measurements for the new unit the same day. Their price was great and the service made it well worth it. They handled all permits necessary and made sure everything passed inspection. This company does things right. High quality work, customer service and professionalism. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone in need of any HVAC service.

J’s Heating and Cooling was fantastic. They were able to dispatch a tech less than an hour after I called them to fix my suddenly non-functional home A/C. Gabriel went right to work and discovered a burnt out capacitor. He showed me through a multimeter that voltage was not being stored in the capacitor. Although he didn’t have a replacement in his van, he went out and got a replacement and returned quickly to install it. A/C is working perfectly now! I would hire them again!

I appreciate this company! The office staff was very helpful in getting me scheduled for an appointment. My heater stopped working. The Technician Gabriel Hawkins did a great job! He was on time and was very thorough in fixing the problem. He fixed my heater in a couple of hours. Thank you!

My parents were having issues with their AC. My mom has had some health issues and with the 100+ heat we needed it fixed quick. Spoke to Adella and she was so nice, understanding, and helpful. Gabriel was our tech and he was friendly, very knowledgeable and very through with checking everything and was able to find and fix the problem. Prices are very reasonable for the great service. J’s Heating & Cooling was fantastic! Josh (the owner) is top notch.

My air conditioning system retired and had to be replaced. It was so hot in my home when Josh initially arrived to check things out.

Josh returned the next day, lent me (and set up) one of his portable window air conditioners which got us through this unbearable triple digit heat until my new system was installed. He also fixed/set up a portable air conditioning system I had that was giving me issues. Before he left, he made sure we were ok and was genuinely concerned. Josh also took the time to explore all of my options, patiently answered all my questions and explained things I didn’t understand.

His crew is fantastic as well. They were very professional, respectful of my home, friendly, cleaned up after jobs completed and made sure I was satisfied before they left. Can’t say enough about Josh and his crew.

It’s very rare nowadays that you find a company go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. I rarely leave reviews so this says a lot.

Zero customer service, not available on weekends, holidays or after hours for that matter. Had to pay for another company to come and look at my problem. My brand new (8 months) old unit under warranty took a shit and died. Now no heat for 3 days. The other company said there was 3 error codes showing and 1 component failed causing issues with the system. I paid them for the call out and thanked them for their service but said I will take it up with the company that sold me the unit to make the repairs. Now they won't reimburse me saying it's against policy. The same component (transducer) fails on most of the units they sell about 8 months in.
