The absolute best dry cleaners around. My clothes are so well cared for. Everything is bright and clean and well pressed. So happy to have found a quality cleaners who genuinely cares and has considerate pricing. I highly recommend checking them out, you'll be very satisfied

It's a good laundromat but some of the dryer machines don't work and they sometimes don't have signs on them so the machine just takes your money. Not just that it gets really hot in there and they don't turn the ac on until there's a lot of people sometimes.

First I called because I've never been to a dry cleaners. Honestly I never had anything with dry cleaning... but from the moment they picked up the phone to the moment I picked up my clothes they were so kind and patient with my questions. Professional doesn't begin to describe their service. This place is amazing, well priced and did exactly what I wanted/needed. I'll be going back for life!

Clean, air conditioned space with really friendly staff. Whenever I need to do large loads, I will be returning.

Came in here to do laundry and saw multiple German cockroaches including babies all over near the washer and dryers. Left feeling disgusting and like I needed pest control to spray me.
Also, not one employee present during the whole experience so I couldn't even let them know. Been here about 2 1/2 hours.
Edited to add pictures of 2 baby roaches.Official response from representative 17.08.2026 20:48Brittany, sorry about your experience. We will get another treatment done right away. We spray regularly, but if someone comes in right after with some unwanted friends the cycle starts over again. We see a lot of campers coming to clean up their gear this time of year...so it happens. Again, so sorry. We have attendants coming throughout the day, sorry you missed them. But you can always call our customer service number posted prominently on the wall. Mark 559-284-5890 -
This is undoubtedly the best place in Fresno. Although I live in Clovis, I travel to Sterling Cleaners because they provide the best pressing services available. Their work is exceptional, and Monica is absolutely the best! She consistently manages to accommodate last-minute requests, Her customer service is outstanding, and she is always happy and willing to help. She has saved me numerous times during the police academy and continues to do so for any military events. My uniforms are always impeccably pressed and completed promptly. I have been a loyal customer for years and have never encountered a negative experience.

If I could give a million stars I would! I get my comforter cleaned pretty often but this was my first time in this area and this time, I requested to have my comforter cleaned in a hurry and could not wait the week timeframe due to my travel schedule. From the start, they were super accommodating! Everything from start to finish was phenomenal service! And pricing was beyond reasonable, will 100% be utilizing their services from here on out. What a wonderful family owned business! :)
Thank you!! -
Hey everyone! I'm going to be completely honest, I don't think this laundromat is worth it.
*Pricing is at the bottom if that's all you're looking for*
I spent two hours here. While my clothes were washing, I walked across the street to grab some boba tea and a sushi bake (bomb btw). I was only gone for about 20 minutes, and when I got back my laundry was already finished, so I'd estimate the wash cycle lasted around 20-25 minutes.
For my laundry, I used
The 8 load washer for my dark clothes using cold water. I only had about three loads in it because I like to leave extra room so my clothes can be tossed around to be cleaned properly.
I also used the 6 load washer for my whites using hot water, with about two loads inside. (They came out super white)
But for the biggest issue ... cleanliness!
The laundromat was not too busy, the washers I needed to use were unfortunately under a large puddle of dirty water (seen in photo). For a laundromat with such high ratings, I was genuinely surprised by how dirty it was. There was trash scattered across the floor, dirty water tracked throughout the place, and dirty washcloths lying around that I assume were meant for the employees to use while cleaning.
The entire time I was there, I never saw a single employee cleaning or maintaining the laundromat. Even after I left for food and came back, the same trash and puddles were still there.
For the washers themselves, most of them were very nice and looked to be clean on the inside. There were a few washing machines that had broken/ missing buttons. One washers timer display was completely cracked, and I could see someone easily cutting themselves. I had to shut and reset some of the doors because it wasn't saying they were closed properly, but they were. I had to be a little bit rough with it.
As for the cost, I paid about $20 just to wash my clothes and another $4-$5 to dry them. Unfortunately, I ran out of cash before everything was completely dry, so I did take a few damp clothes home.
For the prices, I expected a much cleaner establishment, and longer drying times. If you're charging over $10 for the largest washer and the dryers only give you 6 minutes for $0.25, that adds up quickly. Some people can't afford that. I've been to laundromats in much rougher neighborhoods that were significantly cleaner and better maintained.
For comparison, my regular laundromat is currently replacing its machines, which is why I tried this one. Normally, I pay around $11.25 to wash everything, with optional add-ons like an extra rinse or wash cycle for just $0.25 each. Drying is completely free, and there's always a friendly employee cleaning up and keeping the place looking nice. The only downside is that it's usually busy.
Washer Prices
X2 load: $4.25
X3 load: $5.25
X4 load: $6.25
X6 load: $8.50
X8 load: $10.50
Wash cycles appear to last about 20 - 25 minutes.
No options for extra rinse, extra wash, or additional spin cycles.
Dryer Prices
Standard Dryer
$0.25 = 6 minutes (any temp)
Large Dryer
$0.25 = 6 minutes (any temp)
Overall, I personally wouldn't come back. Between the prices, lack of cleanliness, and short drying times, I just don't think it's worth the money. I would recommend looking at other places.
To respond to the owner who commented back
1. Cleaned several times throughout the day? Interesting, because I was there for about two hours and the same trash was sitting there the entire time, along with the puddle of water. There's no telling how long it had been there before I arrived or how long it stayed afterward. The fact that there wasn't even a wet floor sign nearby is honestly concerning. Someone could have easily slipped, gotten seriously injured, and that would have turned into a much bigger issue.
2. I will agree that the washers themselves were great. I personally prefer having the option of an extra rinse cycle to make sure any excess detergent is completely removed. That's just a preference.
3. My old laundromat is still cheaper overall. Yes, your wash prices are lower, but for only an extra $0.75, I get free drying there. I spent about $5 just drying my clothes at your facility, which is a $4.25 difference. That's basically a gallon of gas for me, so when I actually do the math, my old laundromat ends up being the cheaper option.
4. At the end of the day, I was just giving honest feedback based on my visit. Of course you have every right to respond, but to me it a simple " We will try to do better." would have made me want to go back to give it a second chance. Because your response was clearly not what I experienced.Official response from representative 26.07.2026 23:14Anna, I sorry we were not up to your expirations today. Our store is cleaned several times each day and the evening attendant comes on at 4pm on Sunday. First thing they do is a tidy up of all the items you mentioned. As you mentioned all your clothes came out great, that’s what our commercial grade washers every time - no need to charge you for more wash or rinse time. These washers cost 20% more to purchase - the largest washers are $18,000. Yet we charge you less than your old laund… -
Nice, clean, helpful staff. Will return and recommend to friends . Good hours and convenient

I took two coats in and they were done quickly and turned out beautifully. Monica is friendly and helpful. Sterling was referred to me by a friend and I am thankful to have a go-to place to take my things.

I went on a Thursday, so it was not busy and there were plenty of machines available. The place was very clean. The worker was very friendly. They have tables and chairs for you to sit and down work if you need to and they have wi-fi. You can either use quarters or this one app to pay. I like the app because i hate carrying quarters or cash in general. Overall I Would recommend!

I want to commend Signature Cleaners on their honesty. I sent my usual weekly laundry and apparently left a C-Note in one of my pockets. To my surprise it was stapled in an envelope to my cleaned laundry. Usually it's a pocket square or a cuff link, but to my surprise it was a C-Note that I didn't even remember I had! Thank you for being so very

Sometimes I leave money in my pocket and they always return it. I recommend it to all my family and colleagues.

I dropped off 5 dras shirts and 3 suits to be dry cleaned yesterday and they were ready the next day in the afternoon. Ladies are very friendly. I have been other dry cleaners and most of the people are not friendly and just take your stuff and tell you when to come back. I would definitely be coming back.

I'm old school, I believe that you should get good service and quality customer care.
I dropped off one (1) item to be cleaned. The item was to be picked up the following day at 5:00 pm.
I went at 4:30 pm. I was told, no the tag states your item won't be ready until 5:00 pm. "If I had paid an additional $2.00 service fee then I would be allowed to pick up my item earlier than stated on the service tag. I tried to explain my husband dropped off the item & he probably didn't realize this. Didn't matter she said, we have it posted above on the walls. Yes the signs are posted, but come on, it's only a half hour early, 30 minutes early....no way, two bucks or two dollars is two dollars...
Well so is customer service in my opinion. So customer care. Keep your two dollars, and I hope people will figure out that human kindness goes a lot further than two bucks. -
This was a very clean upscale laundromat. We travel full-time in an RV and run into some pretty shabby places. This was very nice.

6 month update. Went back because of the convenient location.
Still dirty. Fewer broken dryers but still not marked as broken. -
Neat place. Friendly guy working at the counter. It's free dry with wash they're small to big washes ranging from $5.50 to $7.50. Will be back if I have to it's a good laundrymat.

had a very disappointing experience with Sterling Cleaners--twice.
About a year ago, I brought in my white habit and hat to be cleaned. When I picked them up, they had removed the plastic shaper from my hat and lost it. No effort was made to replace it or accommodate the mistake, which was frustrating.
Unfortunately, I decided to give them another chance this year (2026) since I have an important event coming up next week. I brought in the same white dress and hat again. When I picked up my dress today and got home, I was shocked--it looked like it hadn't even been properly cleaned. There were visible stains all over it, and the fabric looked dingy.
I ended up soaking the dress myself in OxiClean, and all the stains came out, leaving it bright white again. That tells me the job should have been done correctly in the first place.
Overall, I'm very disappointed with the quality of service and lack of care. I won't be returning! -
Clean and well taken care of, I've been my one in Barstow and First(?). It's messy, fabric softener on floor, just yuck.
