I took my daughters dress to get cleaned and pressed, it turned out amazing! The young lady with the black hair was so sweet. Great customer service. I would 100% recommend this dry cleaners. Try them out!! I promise you won't be disappointed!

I enjoy have my services done here for a few reasons; staff is always helpful & providing a safe & comfortable experience. The machines are well taken care of of, they have a card for each purchase you get a punch and can redeem for free wash, laundry soap, laundry bag, ect. A ramp would be a huge benefit for those who have to park further away. They also do have drop off service. This will be my place to always go iwhen in need of washing!

I LOVE SuperClean Laundromat!!! I go to the one at 1st and Barstow and a couple weeks ago, I was having trouble with one of the dryers. Michelle and Alfredo were here at the time and Michelle was able to help me add more time to my dryer using the app that they set up for customers. I always come here even though I have washer dryer access where I live but .... They aren't very clean! Superclean Laundromats are just that. SuperClean!!!! I highly recommend doing your wash here. 👌 ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Their services are above the best. I take my clothes in to get altered. They get it done in a timely manner. They're wonderful, never had a problem with them. They are the valleys best place ever.

I use L&S for my business and they are excellent! Cheerful staff and quick turn around on garments. If you're looking for a cleaners, they're hands down the best in Fresno.

Always a great experience every time I come in. Everyone who works here is super kind and helpful. The best and cleanest laundromat in Fresno by far, they offer free dry with your wash and also have stamp cards that you can use for free bags, detergent, or a free load of laundry in their biggest sized washer. I always look forward to coming and talking with the staff while I do laundry.

Do not get your pants tailored here. I got my pants back and they made them into high waters and said they can not fix it. They ruined my 200$ pants. Stay away. And to top it off they are pricey. They charged me 30$ to tailor my pants. When other places do 15$. I came here because it was closer to where I live. Big mistake.

⚠️ Warning to anyone considering this business ⚠️
I’ve used this place a few times because it’s close, but the service was never great. Today was the worst experience yet. I brought in my Banana Republic long coat, and when I picked it up, it was completely ruined. The fabric is wrinkled, stuck together, and looks nothing like before.
Even worse, I believe they switched my coat. Mine had a Banana Republic label on the collar, but the one they gave me only has a generic “Made in China” tag. When I asked about it, the owner claimed she followed the care instructions—but the label clearly says DO NOT dry clean. She refused to explain what process she used and refused to compensate me for the damage.
To top it off, I was harassed by another customer while the owner encouraged him and even called the police. Completely unprofessional behavior.
This business is rude, dishonest, and unprofessional. In my opinion, they damaged my coat and kept my original one. If you value your clothes, stay away from this place.

zero customer service skills (delivery guy)

Like the other reviews here, I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. The owner had been rude in the past, and this last time I asked her to crease the sleeves; she said okay. When I arrived to pick up my items, I asked if the sleeves were creased. When she checked, she noticed that they were not creased, which means she never noted it in the first place. She kept stating she didn't know what to do. How does she not know what to do?! I was hoping she'd give me a small discount, but she didn't say anything but, "oh well." Although the item was cleaned, the job wasn't completed and, like before, told me to come back. Like I have the time for that! I told her I couldn't come back, and she just stared at me. She's the owner--she's supposed to have a resolution. Then when I got home, i noticed my very expensive pants were burnt from the ironing/pressing. Seems like destroying clothes is common at this place. I will never go back.

Concerned because of bad comments I have received about this place but with the Martinizing place not open and not sure if they will, I needed to find a place to get my coats dry cleaned. I was greeted nicely and the young man who helped me and took my course was very polite and eficiente. That is not to say it was the same when I picked up. My coats were ready and quickly received. My coats looked nice, clean and pressed. I will continue to bring clothes here for the foreseeable future.

I just discovered Bright laundry service when I was searching for help with laundry due to an injury to my hand. They wash, fold and hang. The customer service was amazing and the employee at the store was very helpful and accommodating. The return time was accurate and my clothes looked great. I am so grateful we have this service in Fresno and that I can count on them during this time of need. Support local business and use Bright Laundry.

If you stay in hotels often or just don't feel like doing laundry, this is the place to go. They picked it up washed and dryed folded and delivered it to my hotel for $20. Great price great service would use again.
