Weed Man

There was a point at one time when their service was excellent. The last few months have been horrible. They say they knock on your door and they don't. I have had to call them back several times because they said they knocked, but they didn't and I'm home. It happened again today when I called the technician back, they offered to come out and everything, but I wasn't satisfied, so I called the company to speak to them about why they don't knock after me specifically putting notes in to knock. The guy argued with me and said that they did knock when he wasn't even here. I had been standing in the kitchen for over an hour because I'm cooking a large meal and they said they were here 15 minutes prior to me making this message which is a bold face lie. I canceled my service and want nothing more to do with this company. I do not know what has changed, but it sucks.

On several occasions, they have not shown up as scheduled and don't immediately place you for the next day, they "will get back to you when they reschedule ". When asked for 2 to 3 days notice for aeration services since they want the customer to mark the sprinklers, they say that they'll do that but never have. It's not reasonable to assume that people have nothing else in their lives so that they're available to do prep work within hours of receiving notice that they're arriving (if they actually do). I would avoid this company at all costs.

Don't waste your money, I was so happy with services before John retired. I got several of my neighbors to also do their yards, my lawn looked exceptional. Attention to detail. This new company sends inexperienced employees to do applications. Missing spots, weeds would pop up, I didn't trust them. It soon came to the point where I had to be home for them to service my yard and yet they sent different employees and missed areas. Several supervisors came and spoke to me and still there was no change. Weeds would still emerge. I gave them one more chance to make it right and yet they dropped the ball. After canceling service they still showed up and serviced my yard. The employee was in shock why they sent him when I showed him my text to cancel service. They didn't charge me but each and every employee that showed up to do my yard stated that, there is no reason why my lawn looked terrible and yet they continued to deduct the service fee off my credit card. I been telling my neighbors to cancel their service. This new company focuses on quantity not quality. The revolving door of employees says it all. If I could put no stars I would
