I needed my garage door replaced after it rolled its last roll. It was the original door when the house was built. I called A+ Garage and easily set up an appointment. Ali came the following morning and tried his best to repair my old door, but suggested I replace the whole thing as it would be cheaper in the long run. The price was reasonable and Jamal came two days later and had a new door installed in no time. My new door works well and is much quieter.

The initial contact with this vendor was excellent from the very start. The team was Professional, had a quick response time, and great communication from the office and the technician. Reasonable pricing for thorough inspection to diagnose what we needed. I would Highly recommend them to anyone with dryer issues or in need of vent cleaning. My dryer caught on fire, so don't let your vent lint build up!!

We needed a new washer desperately so decided to buy a new set. Bernie helped us to get a great deal on the matte black set of a Speed Queen washer and dryer. I believe the TR7 and DR7 with a 7 year warranty. I like the 7 year warranty option. We are very happy with the set. It’s so nice to have a washer that does what it’s supposed to do. The panel is pretty self explanatory to operate, however it is helpful to read the manual because there are some additional settings you will learn about.
All in all we had a great experience with Ventura and Bernie!!!

Got a great deal on this vent hood from Ventura TV. Roberto was awesome as usual. The hood was on sale for $99, $130 off. I wasn’t planning on purchasing a new vent hood, but I saw it in an email sent from Roberto this morning. I saw the great deal on this model. Gave him a call, he looked up the item, had it in stock and I picked it up. With the help of my son-in-law we had the old vent top removed and installed the new one by 1 o’clock that afternoon.

We needed help with a very large cleanup job and they came to the rescue. Very prompt and very honest with very reasonable rates 10 out of 10. I highly recommend them for all of your junk removal needs. They are the best!

I bought a home from this builder in 2020. It was a larger two story tract home in north Fresno. Customer service after the sale was quite poor from my perspective.
The acoustics in the home were awful. If anyone used the living room, everything could be heard loudly in the master bedroom. The carpeting on the stairs seemed to warp quickly, and there were visible seams in the upstairs hallway carpeting.
