Based on a project they just completed that took them 5 months for a 2 months project and the absolutely HORRIBLE quality of work, I would suggest that you avoid this firm at all costs. I am a person who understands sometimes things don't go quite right, but I judge the company on how they correct the issue. Well don't count on this firm to correct it..... their corrections are only 60% done correctly. You will get plenty of lip service and excuses, but no quality or timeliness of your project.

We want to express our appreciation to Servpro of East Fullerton/Placentia. When our home got flooded, SEFP quickly came to assist our family. We appreciated the dedication and professionalism of the SEFP team. Mr. Ricardo Guzman and his team worked diligently to reconstruct our home. We are grateful for their expertise and high level of customer care.

We had a water damage last December 6 from a burst cold water copper supply line to our downstairs toilet that flooded and caused damage to the laminate flooring, base molding and drywall around the toilet. Fortunately, we decided to call on this local ServPro nearest our house.
Our whole experience from beginning through conclusion of remediation, insurance claim/processing, and restoration of our house was OUTSTANDING!
This would have been a very stressful event in the cold of winter and holiday season but the management and field technicians who attended to our needs made the experience a lot easier for us.
Special shout-out to Ricardo Guzman, their general manager, who provided valuable and prompt guidance and assistance throughout the whole process. He even showed-up at our place, to speed up the restoration estimate that the out-of-state insurance adjuster required, even when he was feeling under the weather, and in the middle of inclement, rainy/cold weather. We came to a reasonable cash settlement with the insurance company that paid for the reconstruction work on our house.
ServPro’s service with us concluded on January 31, 2023 when their superb crew of Oscar, Mark and Eugenio helped to move our furnishings from the rental storage container back to our house, and Ricardo Guzman arranged with the rental company to pick-up the container pod later the same day. My wife and I could not have gone through this without the service provided by this ServPro. We are grateful and appreciative for all they’ve done.

SERVPRO responded immediately to my water damage issue. They were efficient. They communicated clearly so that I understood what was being done and how long it would take. The work space was left clean when the job was done. I recommend this company.

My house suffered major water damage. My insurance company contracted with ServePro to start the drying process, pack out and demolition. Many other aspects were involved too. While ServePro May not have performed all of the services they orchestrated them with perfection. All people that arrived at my house were always courteous and very hard-working. They always explained to me the process, what was next and what to expect. I greatly appreciate all that they did and recommend them without reservation. They made the best of a bad situation.

They came out immediately! Same day I called! Started the process to protect my family from mold! With mold remediation and repairs waiting for plumbing and mold testing the process including drywall and painting was a week. So incredibly fast. With amazing communication at all times . Friendly people working on the team all the way to picking up the equipment. You can’t go wrong using them my home is put back together and I can’t tell anything even happened. One service that I didn’t see above is drywall!! That was also handled. I can’t thank them enough.

Servopro did an excellent job with the water leak in our living room, from the water/moisture removal to putting in new insulation, drywall and painting so that it looks good and matches the color. The workers were very professional and friendly.

We had a small leak that damaged the kitchen ceiling. Our insurance company recommended SERVPRO's services. We are very happy with the end result. They were very fast, friendly, and professional. Communication is very important and Ricardo remained in constant contact with us throughout the process. We highly recommend their services!
