Lupe made sure to answer all of our questions when needed and ensured that she gave us the best service possible! When Oscar came out, he made sure to get everything out that needed to be removed! We used them for the initial smoke remediatoin after the Eaton (Altadena) fire. They were easy to work with, very reasonable and respectful of our home. The communicated daily, and most importantly followed through on anything they said they would do.

My backyard concrete is quite old and needed concrete resurfacing. It had become very hard for me to keep up with concrete maintenance with both my new job and puppy. I am so happy with the concrete resurfacing Specialized Surfaces provided! I also asked on the job, for a concrete floor cleaner service and they were so nice about it and charged me fairly! We had heard about these guys and was recommended by our family. We had them come in answering give us a quote on hardwood installation and marble cleaning and restoration. Wow, they were clean and professional from quote to finish did a terrific job. I am so glad that we had them come in and install our hardwood floors! We had other quotes for the same the other companies did not give me a good feeling. Also our marble floors came out beautifully polished! I am so glad we went with this Orange County flooring company!

I received a quote for gutter installation for the front and back of my home. However, after installing the front and only a small portion of the backside of my home, they explain that I would need to move the electrical wires for them to complete the job. This was not explained beforehand, nor did they adjust the price of the installation. The area they completed looked good.
