Pacific Coast Landscaping is a company I can appreciate. I recently called to schedule an estimate and they were very customer oriented. I had an appointment with Dave, who I found out was the owner. When he arrived, he looked at our landscape project for our front and back yards. He asked us questions and made suggestions as we didn’t know what to do with a terraced slope. We just bought the house and it needed work. He knew we were looking at other estimates and wanted to work with our budget. He was the only one to stay for almost and hour looking at the yard, slope, and front. He was very easy going and easy to speak with. I will make another review as work begins and finishes. I can’t wait to see what our yards will look like under PCL.

I had PCL put a paved driveway in along with some landscaping improvements. I am more than happy with the work. They were very professional and on time for there appointments and installation. Their employees were so courteous and extremely hard working. I definitely got what I paid for and more! I would like to highly recommend them.

We had a dying/infected tree that was at risk of falling on multiple roofs. The team at Pacific Coast Landscaping was wonderful to work with. They were quick to respond and were efficient at moving the dead tree and were even better at finding us a new tree for the space! They listened to my needs and gave great options. Would highly recommend them for your landscaping needs.

The one star is for a fair proposal but the lack of timeliness, communication, and poor customer service was disappointing. I decided to save myself further frustration and not move forward.

Tracy really took the time to put together an amazing design and plan. She was patient with us and listened to our needs. A time line was set and was implemented without any issues. The crew was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We are beyond happy! Thank you!

I am extremely happy that I found Pacific Coast Landscaping to re-do my front yard. Tracy was my landscape designer & was not only so professional, responsive & easy to work with, but also kind & sweet. No high pressure selling. She worked within my budget & never tried to upsell me on anything. Their construction crew was AMAZING!!! They solved some issues with my sprinklers that I didn’t even know I had.
I feel like they went above & beyond doing a great job for me. Do NOT HESITATE to hire this company. You won’t be disappointed.

We recently used Pacific Coast Landscaping to remove some existing plants, replant, modify our drip mist, and add mulch to our existing planters. The final work that we hired them to do was a bit different than the initial proposal but I like that their proposals provide a detailed breakout to make it easy to understand individual costs. They came out per their committed schedule and finished the job promptly that day. The crew and Michelle were a pleasure to work with and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Tracy and her team took such great care of us and our home. They were thoughtful, thorough and always communicative. Their team does excellent work, keeping the worksite clean and safe for us. They can be trusted to do any work! I called this company because I needed a commercial air duct cleaning, and happily, I was able to get an adept and smart technician who handles the service efficiently and even finished it in a very nice way.

I honestly didn't think our vents were that bad until Tyler showed me the before pictures on his tablet. We’ve lived here for six years with two golden retrievers, and the amount of fur stuck in the returns was enough to make a whole new dog. He was very patient with me asking questions and performed a very thorough air duct cleaning throughout the entire house. He even found a small toy car my son had dropped down the vent years ago. Since he left, the house smells significantly fresher, and I’m not seeing that fine layer of grey dust on the TV every single morning. It’s such a relief to know the air we’re breathing is finally clean.
