I usually lazy to write any reviews to any service company but this company deserve one. I'm glad that I call them last minute. They are very accommodating and they even helped me to claim the warranty on my behalf. Price is also reasonable. Thanks to Cody, Alex and Mark. Highly recommended.

I came across Cody and his company through a Facebook advertisement where they were offering free maintenance on my AC condenser since I was a teacher. I was a little skeptical at first, but read reviews and saw that it was actually legitimate and they also didn’t try to upsell or anything.

Alex and Rodrigo came out and checked my unit and saw that everything was perfectly fine and that I would be safe for the remainder of the hot summer at least.

Since they were here already I had them check another issue with my house. Two rooms were not getting enough airflow and I had another company come out and offer a solution but that solution was something that was not in our budget. Cody and his team came up with a much more affordable option and a lot less evasive.

I was able to work out a great deal with Cody, especially since I signed up for their subscription for two other maintenances on my system, a cleaning, and air filter changes as well. This paid for itself since if your a member they offer discounts on their labor and parts as well.

I couldn’t be happier with what they did for me and they didn’t try and rip me off. It was affordable and they did the job quickly and cleaned up after themselves.

The A/C in our house wasn’t working well, especially during the sweltering heat of this summer, I called One hour heating and Air conditioning, and was glad they serviced Whittier, I didn’t really believe they could finish the repair in 1 hour but it was done quickly and professionally. They also provided me with a guideline on how to properly maintain my A/C unit so I wouldn’t suffer anymore in the summer. Hands-down a great experience and I got very lucky they were able to come right away.

My heater was broke and I knew after 30 years, it was time for a new one. Cody at One Hour Heating and Air conditioning was super helpful and kind. He gave me options of what I can do and in the end I opted for a new heater. Glad I did. It works great.

Warning do not use these guys.

Their techs installed a new motherboard and incorrectly wired everything. Botched a new motor order and installation as well. Caused problems with the unit then later tried to charge me to fix it. Also note they took 8 hours to diagnose and took another 12 hours to wire and install over 2 days, originally charged me 2x what another provider charged me to fix their mistake. Then when asked to come out and fix what was wrong they wanted to recharge me again for correcting. Nothing they did was covered under their installation or service warranty. The new service provider told me “whomever attempted to fix this was in over their head. It looks like they abandoned the job”

That’s how they left my unit. I would not use these guys. They sent 3 different technicians over to help figure things out. Spent time on the phone with the manufacturer and I believe they are not experienced or skilled enough. The technicians were nice just unskilled and inexperienced and should not have taken to job or charged me.

The other provider came in. Got everything done in under an hour. It was quick and done.

Excellent service! Requested an appointment for my old Carrier AC unit which had stopped working. Quickly received a one hour window for the next morning. My tech was prompt, nice, and knowledgeable. He was able to assess the issue and provide a quote quickly and painlessly. They replaced the needed part right away. I also had them replace some other old parts and clean my unit. Ask about the OH club, they make it super easy and affordable to sign up and get your yearly AC and heater checkups. Overall, very satisfied with my whole experience, highly recommend!
