I've used Avis Home System for over 10 years. They are very through and knowledgeable in keeping your equipment operating efficiently. The servicemen were professional, always on time with the scheduled appointments and had the spare parts when needed for maintenance in their trucks which avoided delays. The service staff wore cover socks over their shoes and keep their work areas clean. The pricing for service was fair as compared to market rates. Avis Home Solutions is a very Reliable Company. I give them a 5 star rating.

Avis is so awesome! Everyone is so kind! Tonight I had my heater maintenance appt. and I was lucky enough to get Ivan as my tech! He is the best! So personable and sweet! And so knowledgeable! I highly recommend Avis and hope Ivan gets to service our heater next time! 😊

Avis Home Solutions was terrific! From the first phone call for furnace service to the on time arrival of their service rep! Their service rep, Ivan, was outstanding. No high pressure selling of extra service or parts, etc. He explained what and why he was doing each service item. I would recommend Avis to friends, neighbors and loved ones in a second!

Ivan Moreno just serviced my new heating system and did a great job. He was knowledgeable, friendly, polite and efficient. He answered all my questions, gave me a few operating tips and finished the job completely. If he were my employee I would give him a raise! Thanks for sending Ivan!!

We have been using Avis for many years for our heating and air conditioning annual maintenance. Brock is an excellent addition to the company. He serviced our heater yesterday. He was very friendly, punctual, and did a great job.

Kyle arrived on time. Kyle was personable and efficient. He outlined what he was going to do and periodically reported his findings. When his service was complete we back over his fi findings and prioritized the recommendations. At no time did feel pressured to spend more money. Kyle was a pleasure to have in our home.

I would advise anyone to examine any and all recommendations to understand their necessity to your circumstances and return on investment. This is not to suggest that any of the recommendations were bogus. All the recommendations were functionally valid; some provide more value than others.

Luke and Kyle were awesome and professional. They took their time to diagnose my compressor and Furnace. And presented their findings and recommendations in very professional and courteous manner. I will always use their services at all times in the future.

Kyle, the technician was so knowledgeable, polite, and well mannered. He communicated his diagnostic findings with our AC system in a way I could understand. He was swift to work with his Manager, Jason, who’s management skills, communication, and etiquette matched Kyle’s. I am so happy to have worked with Kyle and Jason, their professionalism is unparalleled. Thank you both and Avis!

Broc who came to service my furnace is very good. He is friendly, polite, courteous and, patient and quite efficient in what he does. He was on time for his appointment; explained everything he was doing, showed me pictures and videos of my furnace. He is a great technician and definitely a people person.

Overall pleased. Dean and Christian great front guys. Installation so nice in garage area. I had to leave before they finished 630 pm they are still there. They were installing the vent covers. The installer said the cover for the bedroom would not fit. He said he would trim a little from the crown molding and he promised it would not show. I left for my appt and when I returned they were gone. And I’m left with hacked up crown molding that I will see everyday of my life. In my beautiful $850,000 home. Please tell me what Avis Solutions can do to make this right. Please help.

This is my first time contacting Avis and I am very happy with their work! Ivan is awesome, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He arrived on time, explained everything, and completed our AC tuneup in a timely manner. I will definitely call them again and will surely recommend them to anyone who asks.

I don’t right a lot of reviews, but I felt compelled by the great experience I had with Avis. My house was not getting cool so I went to the attic and found a hole in the venting. I was going to repair it myself, but I called Avis instead. I made an appointment which they called to confirm and the workmen, Lorenzo and Abe showed up perfectly on time. They checked the attic and showed me pictures of my ducting. It looked like Swiss cheese. I knew it would all have to be replaced, but I had no idea what would happen next. They gave me a reasonable price and told me they could do the work that same day! Next thing I knew, the work was done, professionally, quickly and with great care to keep everything squeaky clean. Now when I fire up the HVAC, it’s like I’m living in a different house. They even came back a few days later to check the airflow and make adjustments, even though I told them everything seemed fine. Kudos for an amazing job well done. Everyone involved was so nice. They really care. Hard to find companies like this anymore. Avis has my highest recommendation.

Edgar Martinez helped us out and was incredible. He was open, honest and transparent as he walked us through various options. I’ve worked with a lot of vendors and he was the first to outright ask me if I wanted to watch him go through the process and work - that’s some quality honesty! Definitely recommend him if you have the opportunity.

Luke Martinez was our service tech and he was very kind and professional. He was respectful of our home and made sure to keep everything neat and tidy during his inspection of our HVAC system. My wife and I enjoyed his ability to share his knowledge with us and give us important information on our system status so we could make informed decisions on our next steps. Well done!!

$69 Diagnostic... AKA I paid them to tell me "everything was broken" and need a $15,000 system. Another company fixed it for $375 dollars - in and out less than 45 minutes.

-- We need a $15,000 new system- listed all of these "broken items", burnt resistor, blown motor and leaking, etc.
-- If we write it up now we can skip the "sales team - they are super backed up" and if we wanted an AC within the next 3-5 weeks I should get on it now.
-- They could get a manager out here today/tomorrow to finalize the inspection and approve discount pricing. I said no... he magically showed up anyways.
-- When I went to take pictures I was told not to worry they would email them to me. They never did.
-- When I reinspected the units - there was NO burnt resistor.

What a racket.

Ivan was very personable and thorough in his work! He came out for our yearly furnace maintenance. He took the time to explain to us what he would be doing during the inspection and then he explained the results to us after the inspection was completed (and showed us photos of what was inspected).

Thank you, Ivan, for showing up at the beginning of our scheduled time and being expedient and thorough! We love seeing you twice a year!

Dean provided us great customer service even in this heat! He gave us a thorough explanation of what was happening with our a/c unit and was able to get a sales rep to meet with us same day since our unit needs replacement. Keep up the great work, Dean!

We have been having problems with our furnace for a couple of years.and we asked Avis Home Solutions to come out and evaluate it. I can't speak highly enough about the entire Avis team, starting with the receptionist, to the team that came out to inspect our furnace, to the team that replaced it! Dean initially came out to inspect the furnace and found some serious problems. He called Christian out to get a second opinion. Not only did they show us where the problems were, they also took pictures so could see they issue up close. They were very professional, diligent, friendly, & caring. They put shoe covers on before entering the house and laid tarps on the floors to keep them clean. We were very impressed with them and chose to have Avis replace our furnace. Leo and David came out the next day to replace the furnace after the asbestos abatement team left. They also were so professional! They used shoe coverings and laid tarps down.They worked 8 hours without any break including hours in a hot attic. They left the house cleaner than when they arrived. I really can't speak highly enough about the Avis company. If I could give them 10 stars I would. We love your new heater! It is quiet and actually heats the house! They taught house to install the app so we can turn the heat on without getting out of be in the morning. Sorry this is so long! But I could go on and on! This is an excellent company! We are so happy we chose them!

My allergies had been flaring, and I could believe my HVAC system was to blame. I contacted Avis Home Solutions, and they suggested an air purification system. Installation was straightforward and I noticed a difference right away. The air is clearer, and I don’t wake up with a stuffy nose. Something I wish I would have done sooner.

He’s very good at what he’s doing. He is polite and very pleasant to interact with.
