Highly recommend Pfaff Air

This Company was wonderful, helped me get my HVAC system back up and running at no cost to me. Very happy with my service, very friendly and fast to respond to my call. I wouldn't call anyone else, supper company.

When I called for an estimate the person on the phone was very vague. The way this works is they have you sign for $79 before the repair is started. Then when the repairman has completed his diagnosis, he starts out with a high price and it's up to you to negotiated down to a reasonable price. My oven repair required a $30 igniter part and it took the repairman about an half hour to complete the repair. The charge he quoted me was $320 !
So beware of this company and how they do business.
They will rip you off if you let them. I don't like doing business with an outfit that tries to take advantage of the customer !
